The Mother's Day Brunch Buffett was nice but nothing exceptional as I would have expected from the Biltmore. The food was mediocre, utensils were unsanitary, and the experience was overpriced for what you get.

Only moms received one glass of Champagne (for the same price as everyone in your party & a $200.00 tip was automatically added to bill for servers that didn’t have to “serve” anything since we got our own food.

$200 per person plus gratuity was over the top the percentage of the gratuity did not even come close to the actual service we received. I had to flag down my waitress every single time I needed some thing next time I will not be going to the Biltmore for Easter brunch. I will be going to Eddy’s because Eddy has a far better service experience they actually appreciate their customers where the Biltmore does not at all and The expected gratuity was completely unbelievable for the actual service that we got these people need to be held accountable. I have worked in the service industry for 20 years as a waitress myself and the service we received was on believable I am 100% disappointed.

Had TK brunch there 10 years ago and had a wonderful experience. Served champagne and greate food. Service was more attentive. Never again.
