We have dined at Arricia at least 3 or 4 times a year for several years and always find it to be outstanding. The food is delicious and the service is great. The menu changes occasionally but there is a good selection. The restaurant uses local food sources as much as possible. Great place for dinner and a special occasion.
Do not waste your money here - food quality of brunch was really bad - grouper was like rubber - pork was cold - 15 minutes to get an omelet - really awful
We enjoyed our dinner. We were surprised to see so few pasta choices. Pizza was delicious.
This is such a pretty restaurant but their food needs some big improvement! The food takes a while to get to the table and when I got my food it wasn’t even fully cooked. The price is high but you would expect the food to reflect the value of the meal but nope. The dishes are arranged nice so I guess that’s a plus! I wouldn’t really recommend it to anyone since there’s so many more restaurants in auburn where you can eat for less and better.
It's been a while since my wife and I had a great experience at a restaurant, where even the waiter makes your dining experience a joyful moment. Thank you, we had a fantastic time.
Our dining experience was well thought out as the staff took time to look at our reservation and needs. The food was cooked perfectly making it a dining experience to remember.
My Husband and I ate here on our wedding night . Service was incredible, our server was very polite, did a great job explaining the menu, and checked on us throughout our meal just the perfect amount of times. Also we received a mouth watering apple cake with ice cream on the house for our wedding night. We had breakfast here the next morning and fell in love with the restaurant all over again. Great place to eat in a great town.Everyone in the restaurant was very polite and the FOOD WAS AMAZING!!! WAR EAGLE!!
Everything was pretty great except the food. However, I was served the best opera cake that I have ever tasted.
10/10 would recommend
The food was delicious. Pizza’s are big enough for two people. Bolognese was my favorite. Very convenient if visiting Auburn.
Prime ribs, waffle iron, eggs to order, fresh fruit, pizza, pasta, spinach salad, potatoes, bacon, sausage and desserts! Out of all that and more, my husband wanted a toasted bagel. No problem, our waiter, Matthew had one out in five minutes! Perfect Brunch!
Great food. Our waiter Matthew was very kind and knowledgeable of menu.
Ariccia staff were most accommodating and most helpful.
The food was average. Wine is expesive and very small pours. There was noticeable trash on the floor that nobody had cared enough to pick up. The cloth napkins were not folded carefully. The chairs are very low and uncomfortable. All this added up to a very poor first impression. When we arrived, we were the only guests in the restaurant. A concerned staff had plenty of time to create a better first impression.
Difficulty getting the order right, but quickly rectified the mistake. Cheerful staff, relaxed atmosphere.
Wonderful service and great food
Really nice atmosphere with wonderful food and an attentive wait staff.
It was wonderful! We went for a birthday dinner and it was more than outstanding. The service was great, there were no disruptions, and I’ll definitely recommend this restaurant to others!
It was a very nice dining experience. The staff was prevalent at all moments of the night and was not annoying about it; it was a nice blend of concern and help. The food sounds a lot more strange than it tastes, so do not fret when looking at the menu. It is a nice peaceful experience and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a date night or business meal venue.
Best steak I've ever had, 40 ounce bone in ribeye. Cooked perferctly
Great service and food- every time that we eat there is consistently good!!!
Food was so so at best and took forever considering the place was basically empty. Disappointing!
Loved it. Claire was great! We had such a great time. My Son is a student there. Nice family dinner.
We were visiting Auburn University and the restaurant was in our hotel. The Sunday supper menu is quite a treat - a lot of choices and large portions. Everything was good - the cauliflower was outstanding. The waiter was accomodating as we had so many leftovers!
I shared a porter house, which was cooked perfectly. The fingerling potatoes and mix of beans both were times perfectly. The spinach was a bit soggy. The butternut squash soup was good but a bit too much spice masked the taste of the main ingredient... maybe instead of Parmesan cheese a spoon of sour cream to soften.
What a disappointing night out with six business colleagues... from over salted salmonto slow poor service to melted gelato the evening was a flop. What was even less impressive was the bolognese sauce. For a highly rated Italian restaurant to serve bland tasting mushy pasta and a lackluster San Marzano sauce was truly a downer. Will not go back.
Great brunch. Very friendly, curteous, and responsive staff. A very nice variety of high quality and delicious selections from lox to prime rib with great sides and traditional omelets.
Everything was great except for the medium well hamburger came charred and was not edible and the mushrooms in the arugula salad were too salty
Went for the Sunday Brunch. Food selection was excellent as was the food itself. Would definitely recommend.
Great pizzas and the chef special steak was great also. Understandably noisy because the Auburn game was on in the bar area. Otherwise a quite setting. Server was awesome. Recommend.
Disappointed because they have discontinued their wonderful lunch buffet. Lunch menu quite limited. We can get chicken or a burger lots of places. Service excellent.
Great atmosphere and great service. Delicious meal.
I never can understand simply bad restaurants. It's just as much work to prepare and serve bad food as it is to serve good food. Same with service. I returned a badly corked glass of wine... the bartender held it up to the light and said she didn't see any cork in the glass. Really? The food is not even in the same universe as "Italian" and this is in no way a "Trattoria". Mediocre is the best I can say.
In the Hotel at Auburn. Great food and service. Easily accommodated kids and elderly. A little noisy because of the bar. A terrific overall experience.
I have been to Ariccia a number of times. But last one was a disaster. Cold food was serviced, pizza had raw tomatoes on it's toppings and the ceaser salad was tasteless. I was very disappointed with my family. Maybe not a good place to go on Sunday night.
We had an excellent dinner here celebrating our college student's birthday. The service was wonderful and the food was outstanding! We will be back.
Lovely family dinner to celebrate our son's college graduation. Excellent food and service, and love the convenience of being inside the Auburn Hotel.
We had a wonderful 30th anniversary dinner here. The chef, Leonardo Maurelli is truly outstanding and the service was impeccable. I have their lunch buffet often and have never been unhappy with the selections and the wide range of options.
