Was wonderful . Service great .
Fantastic dining experience with very attentive wait staff. Thank you!!
Not many options on the menu. Only one choice of soup and one choice of fish. The dessert took too long to come out, and our party needed to leave. 1.5 hours for lunch wasn't enough to feed 5 people who ordered salads and sandwiches. We were disappointed with the quality of food and the variety.
Nothing was great!! Food was fair. Service was fair.
Great food, great service, great location!
Service was great. Very attentive to our needs. Food was good. But pasta noodles were too thick and somewhat chewy. Overall I give it a very good rating.
Delicious! Best bang for your buck! Valet was free and it was a perfect place for celebrating Valentine's day.
Great overall experience!
My husband and I went for Valentines Day. Service was great as was the food which came out quickly. The focaccia bread was amazing! Highly recommend for dinner or any special occasion.
For fancy lunch the servers where not focused. Food was good but not fantastic. Nice place, very fancy.
Terrific service and the food is really good too. I had the bolognese bucatini and it was so good I ordered it again the next night. I would highly recommend this place. The artichoke appetizer was really yummy. We come here every time we are visiting Auburn.
Chicken was undercooked and cooked, noodles were overdone for same dish. Bruschetta didn’t have mozzarella cheese, just cherry tomatoes that were soft. . Lasagna entree - meet was overdone. Just average and disappointing.
My daughter and I had a delicious dinner and Matthew was an excellent server. We will definitely return and will ask for Matthew again.
I went for my birthday and it was just great from the service to the food. I will definitely go back!
The service was exceptional. The bar was the best part. The bartenders were very friendly and in great moods. The food was lacking. I had chicken parmigiana over pasta. The chicken was so over cooked I could hardly cut it. Being served in a HUGE bowl also made it hard to cut. My husband have lasagna that he said wasn't very good either. However the house salad and dressing was really really good. Maybe we didn't choose the best dishes.
My wife and I always enjoy dining at Ariccia Trattoria when we are in Auburn. The food is fabulous and I highly recommend their deserts as well. If you like Italian food, you will love this place.
The food was excellent! It was a tad noisy due to a football game going on but otherwise the fish entree was exceptional! In Auburn, this is a cant miss restaurant!
The service was top notch. The food was exquisitely prepared. The atmosphere was calm, comfortable, and cozy. We will be back.
We eat here fairly frequent atleast once per month. And this was by far the busiest I had ever seen the restaurant. The food was not up to par with their normal offerings. I don’t know if the kitchen was overwhelmed or what. We will go back but not during a special occasion.
We went for a Christmas Brunch. The food was fine, nothing special. The desserts were beautiful and delicious. The made to order omelette was good.
Food was perfect! Love that they make their own pasta. Zeppolis were just to die for! Gelato was good they had pistachio and I think jamocha I could be wrong though. The highlight was our server! Her name was Briege and she is fantastic!
I really like the ambiance of both the restaurant and the bar. There is a lovely lounge off the bar if you want to take your drink over for more of a living room feel. It's a classy place with a really good menu. The service was attentive, but not overly so. The bartender was engaging as we enjoyed a pre-dinner cocktail. The fact that it's in a hotel also brings a little more casual feel as well... in a good way. Not stuffy. If this was a stand -alone restaurant, it might feel pretty formal to me. But the hotel atmosphere allows for a little more lived-in vibe. All in all, it's a lovely place.
The staff is friendly, it’s a little pricey but really great for a hotel restaurant.
the food, staff, and atmosphere is always top notch. it's one of my favorite restaurants in town
My husband and friend had carbonara and the portion was beyond small, not to mention the tube pasta (which I've never seen served with carbonara) was very al dente, strong bite to it. The flavor was non existent, very dissapointing especially for the price. My sons pasta was ok, I expected the pasta to be tossed in the sauce since this is an italian restaurant after all. We won't be back.
We went here for Thanksgiving. We usually cook our own meal but heard this was good for a holiday. It was AMAZING. It was the best buffet I had ever had. Each of the many items was perfect and fresh.
The porchetta looked lovely when it arrived at the table and I cut my in half knowing that I could never finish the gigantic piece of meat on my plate. The next day when I attempted to eat the leftovers I realized that the entire half was one gigantic piece of fat. Yuck.
The food was wonderful and just what we were looking for that evening. An expanded entrée menu could be employed. There is plenty to choose from on all other areas but the limited seafood, steak, chicken and pork entree's could direct someone toward the antipasti and the pizza. I did not succumb. I enjoyed the seafood pasta dish, hold the octopus. Great time, we will return.
experience was terrific. The only problem was the menu listed porchetta but when it arrived it was just a common ham steak
We were very disappointed with this visit. When in Auburn to visit my son we always have gone here for Sunday Brunch. Though it is still advertised on there web site .... Sunday brunch Buffet does not exist. We did not learn this until our arrival with my son and 4 of his buddies. The replacement brunch menu was awful for a college age group! Despite that, we persevered and ordered. Half of the tables food showed up after a 45 minute wait... the other half not for another 10 minutes. And the food was mediocre at best - that 20 year old men left most on their food on their plates. We couldnt even get the bill in under 20 minutes of waiting. Needless to say the entire experience (which is usually a highlight of our Auburn visits) was a failure! Never again... finding a new brunch spot for all future visits.
Took 90 minutes to get our dinner. Extremely slow service.
Took wayyyy. To king for food to come out. Kitchen couldn’t keep up. Server was great. Food was good.
Medicare food - untrained service staff. Long wait for food and check
I wish the appetizers were a little more eater friendly (more casual; less eclectic).
We waited 30 minutes before we could be seated for a reservation and were not served our meal 2 hours after we sat for dinner. Pitiful
First of all, the service was impeccable! and it equally matched the mood! from the beginning our serve recommended great wine, and everything from the salad, to the bread, to the main course was literally to die for! The salmon was the best out of the 2 entrees we got by far! A must have! and the Carbonara was really good as well! Loved my experience and would go back again and again!
My wife and I love having our dates at Ariccia and/or Piccolo. The combination of fresh, local ingredients creatively combined and the jazz music makes this one of the best places in town.
Was the first time I had dinner there...ordered pizza. First one came out black on the top so I sent it back. The second one came out fine on the top but black on the bottom:( Salad was good. Willing to try again...perhaps there is something wrong with the temp for the pizza oven???
Food was ok. Visited at 8pm restaurant only had about 5 tables occupied. Service was SLOW and meals took forever. Server was not attentive to drink refills etc.
Went for breakfast buffet brunch. Menu changes buffet stops 10:15. Used to last through 12 noon
