Loved it as always one of my favorite restaurants
They’re working from a new brunch menu and it is ‘ok’ at best. Items are overly complicated, and while tasty they’re not as good as previous offerings from here. Service, as ever, remains top shelf.
We tried the pork loin for which Ariccia is known. It tasted good but had a LOT of fat on it. The focaccia was excellent.
Ariccia Cucina is a wonderful place to eat. Ate outside on the patio which was so nice. From the moment we arrived, the staff was so friendly and accommodating. The food was outstanding. Will definitely return.
Outstanding Sunday Brunch. The Toscana toast was plentiful and full of flavor. The Chicken Parmesan Panino was delicious, and the Margarita Pizza as outstanding! We'll definitely be back!
We ALWAYS have good meals here! Never disappoints!
We interrupted our trip up I-85 to try an Italian restaurant with a menu that offered great promise. Ariccia Cucina did not disappoint. Every dish had a distinctive flair and tasted delicious. It was a first-rate meal with excellent service. When we are back in the area, we look forward to trying some of the dishes we didn't have the opportunity to try.
We had amaZing service and food!! It was a wonderful night!!! Perfect ending to a great trip!
Fabulous experience! Without question -- one of the best dining spots in Alabama.
The first time I saw a whole fish in the US! They have changed the menu and all food was fantastic. Will visit more often hereafter.
Great atmosphere — ate outside on the terrace. Delicious food and drinks.
I liked the ambience of the restaurant but I o wish they would include a bathroom for such a large restaurant. It is in a conference center and the restrooms are waaaaay down the corridor. I had the chicken and it was just a bit dry but my wife had the ribeye and it was really good.
Limited menu items, service was not great, food not all that, had better Italian most anywhere else, expensive bill. Didn't pay attention to detail on our order and appetizer came out minutes before entres. Won't go back.
A special shoutout to our server Maya. She was exceedingly helpful and nice and helped us in any way she could. Definitely one of the highlights of our visit. the food was good and was delivered in a very timely manner and we were surprised to receive a free dessert for our 51st anniversary. the only thing that is a problem is the delay you have on this program when I am typing, very disconcerting.
Great food and wine. Our server, Haley, was exceptional and we enjoyed some laughs with her. Wonderful evening and dinner.
My wife’s 70th birthday celebration. Lily was our server and was outstanding- attentive without being overbearing. My filet was excellent as was my wife’s chicken with mushroom risotto.
Everything was good, food tasted great, service was wonderful. My on,y complaint was that our main dishes came out before we had even finished our appetizer pizza. Frustrating because then we had to either rush to finish the appetizer and eat the main dish cold or vice versa.
I enjoyed both lunch and dinner at this wonderful Italian restaurant. Lunch service was quick, and there were excellent sandwich and salad options. Dinner was delicious, wonderful wine and dessert. Our server was very knowledgeable and made excellent recommendations. He wash however not as attentive as we would’ve liked - waited to order, and waited on water refill as well as our check to be picked up. That said, we throughly enjoyed our conversation over a wonderful meal. If you’re staying at the Hotel at Auburn, you should definitely make a reservation to eat here!
For the cost there should be salad or soup and some sort of bread included. The main course was good but we had unfulfilled feelings of the dining experience. Olive Garden offers a better dining experience at a lower cost. We do not plan on returning.
Very good food and service
We stopped at Ariccia Cucina on a road trip for some pizza and pasta. We needed gluten free options and the restaurant provided both. The gluten free crust is a cauliflower base and it was excellent; the pasta was also stellar. As an extrovert I hoped for more conversation with the staff but no one was rude and they were tentative. All in all a great experience and I certainly would come back for the great food. They even had the kitchen sign a card for the anniversary we were celebrating!
Nice atmosphere ; not a ton of variety on menu. Quality good.
We sat outside and it was beautiful. Our server, Taylor was wonderful. The Manhattan cocktail was exquisite as were the Aperol Spritzs. As for the food, the stars were the Ravioli and the Pizza the Bolognese was just okay. We will go back it was such a nice evening.
We had a wonderful dinner at Atticus last night. The food was great however we have a few suggestions. The bruschetta was good, but needs some improvements. First the bread is way to big and bulky for an appetizer, also the sliced in half cherry tomatoes fell off the large piece of bread. The bruschetta would have more flavor with chopped/diced tomatoes, more basil, garlic and olive oil out in smaller toast points or smaller bread. The pasta dishes were good and everyone enjoyed them very much. I ordered the short ribs and although the presentation was beautiful, the meat inside was ice cold. When I mentioned this to the server they politely brought me a new one and it too was cold in the center. This was quite unappetizing for a meat dish and the price I paid for this entree. The salad we ordered was dripping in dressing and was unappetizing due to that factor. We asked if it was big enough for to ladies to share, and were told no, it was big enough to share, especially after the appetizers. Our service was good, until the restaurant became busier and then we had a hard time getting our server’s attention. All in all, it was a nice dinner, but as one who cannot eat pasta, I was disappointed that there were very few non pasta dishes on the menu. I would like to see the menu to include more fish dishes and more chicken dishes.
Great service, staff was very friendly! Amazing gluten free options and variety!
My mom enjoyed her birthday card and service was impeccable. My dad enjoyed the steak. He said it was cooked to perfection
Beautiful restaurant. Server got some of the orders wrong, only poured our one initially, and was not terribly helpful with recommendations of food. My short rib was delicious, but cold. 2 people ordered the pork special which was basically mostly fat - daughter said it tasted like a bad chimichurri sauce.
Not worth it for the money.
Our waitress Haley was so energetic and genuine. Jordan helped her and because of them I had the best desserts: lemon ricotta cheesecake and the crunch cake. Both ladies made our dining experience extra special. You could tell they cared about their job and wanted to make our anniversary night extra special. Absolutely loved it! Hats off to the chef as well the food was phenomenal.
Everyone went out of their way to make us happy.
The Jazz Experience at this venue is the best I have enjoyed in Alabama. I go to a lot of them. 5-21-21 was ectrA special because La'Roy Bodiford on Sax and the other musicians. It was a night to remember.
My husband got a medium rare ribeye and it was cooked to perfection. I got the ravioli and added salmon and absolutely loved the ravioli and salmon was okay but a tad over cooked. Would order again though. Highly recommend this place!
First timer! Food was excellent! Jazz in the lounge was an awesome experience! Definitely going back!!
Great Mothers Day dining experience. The food was great and the staff attentive. A better dining experience than many restaurants in Atlanta.
I had made reservations for a large group and was unsure of exactly how many there were actually going to be. The hostesses were so kind and accommodating. The restaurant itself is lovely. Our server was attentive and offered suggestions. Our group tried a variety of things on the menu and everyone commented about how delicious it all was. If I’m staying in the area again I will definitely go back.
Well staffed with friendly people. Fantastic food always served with a unique twist.
Great food, friendly staff, prompt service.
Pros: Excellent service, food is very fresh and seasoned well. Very comfortable atmosphere.
Cons: Parking is hard to find, portion size is small for the value
Delicious food with timely, warm service. We were celebrating a graduation and the staff made a point to congratulate him! We ordered several appetizers and entrees and everything was absolutely delicious. Definitely recommend.
