    Went for Thanksgiving for 2 - $75 per person - Alcohol not included. Food was excellent but with added gratuity the final bill was $210. For 2 people. Either drop the price per person or include alcohol in the price - at least 2 drinks per person. Way too expensive !

    We went in for a Sunday late brunch. Ordered some Italian sparkling and a charcuterie board. The server, Gabriel, was great with excellent timing not to be cloying and not ignoring us. The charcuterie was awesome and PLENTIFUL .. The dining room was pleasant and quickly emptying while we were eating. Definitely not a gameday weekend! The only issue was the background music. Certainly not consistent with an Italian restaurant and was too loud and intrusive. Perhaps because the restaurant was clearing out, but my wife and I couldn't hold a conversation without raising our voices. Otherwise, though, another nice dining experience. Will be back again in the near future to continue exploring the menu.

    Wonderful service, Taylor was attentive and professional, engaged us in appropriate conversation and made appropriate dinner recommendations. My wife and i both ordered the butternut squash ravioli, found it to be nice, except for the amount of oil in the bottom of the dish, maybe garlic oil? You might want to review the seating arrangement, the layout of the tables in the dining area is a bit odd. just my observations. Have dined before, the food and service were really good. Will return.

    Our waiter, although new, was great. Knew all about the relationship between Ariccia and Auburn and the Culinary school at AU, with their Italian partner. Menu has wide variety and generous portions. All dishes we tried were excellent. Bar next to dining was very loud. They need some acoustic dampening .. maybe even sheers between dining and bar, so dining has a little bit more ambiance, etc. They have Valet parking so you don't have to walk a mile like so many other restaurants in Auburn. Highly recommend

    We are frequent diners at Arricia and will continue to be. This experience was, however, a disappointing one. It was a busy night. Our server was responsible for quite a number of tables. The restaurant had two young ladies who did nothing but deliver food to the table. As the chef(s) completed the orders, they were set up on a counter under heat lamps. We watched orders sitting on counter anywhere between 5 to 10 minutes plus. An order of pizza sat on counter for close to 15 minutes. When our orders arrived - they were cold. My entree included mashed potatoes which are never good cold and my husband's pasta and chicken were cold. This was the first time we had this occur while dining here. We've been going to Arricia for close to 10 years. As I said, it was disappointing but we will at some point return. Any establishment can have an off night.

    First time at the restaurant. Typically I’m not one to complain but it was my husband’s birthday and our anniversary. We made reservations and noted the special occasion. The host sat us in the worst corner/view and didn’t offer outside seating (which we would’ve preferred). My husband said his veal had no flavor. However, our server was amazing. He was the best part of the evening and was extremely accommodating and executed phenomenal customer service. I also enjoyed the amazing wine selection. I think next time we will just go straight to the bar.

    Food was excellent and service was outstanding. Sunny was our waitress. She was very attentive and fun to talk to. The entire staff was amazing and so was the food. We will be back. 5+ stars.

    We have dined here 4x and every time it has been amazing. I have food allergies (shellfish) and the staff has always been super attentive to this and the menu has so much variation, I don’t feel like I miss out at all. Servers are amazing, front is the house runs a tight ship getting everyone seated for reservation time and many reminders before reservation with directions through OpenTable app.

    The food and service were very good, but the restaurant was noisy! With the on-going bustle of service, loud music, and other guests (which included bar patrons), it was an unpleasant dining experience. I would recommend the restaurant with one caveat. Don't expect a peaceful meal.

    Special occasion! I really wanted chef prepared food as promoted. It is not at all as advertised or a “chef” wasn’t working tonight. Watery Alfredo sauce and pasta not done. I’m surprised that a restaurant with this billing would advertise as authentic Italian. No bread appetizers offered. Basil on salad was actually arugula. Tiramisu is a cheap commercial variety. All that being said, our waiter was outstanding. Kudos to Dewey for understanding our issues and communicating to the manager.
