Ariana is housed in a cozy craftsman bungalow on the Westside of Bend. Taste Chef Andres and Ariana’s fresh perspectives on classic dishes. An extensive wine list highlights selections from Oregon and Washington and signature cocktails make use of distinctive spirits and liqueurs. We recommend making reservations roughly two weeks in advance. Our bar and garden patio is available for those without reservations.

Fantastic dining experience. We had a great date night. All the food was wonderful and wine and liquor recommendations were very on point. Can't wait to go back. Highly recommend the oysters to start. Can't go wrong with the nettle soup or scallops.

The food was awesome. The server was very attentive, and provided new silverware with every course. Nice atmosphere. Good wine list.

Ariana NEVER disappoints us and our recent meal was again exceptional. My husband and I both had the perfectly seared scallops on Dungeness crab risotto. YUM ! Our guests both enjoyed their cassoulet and the imaginatively seasoned pork tenderloin. We have all "eaten around" and still find Ariana a favorite. Service is attentive and professional and the staff always treats us like our night will be special. Desserts were equally delicious from the killer multiple chocolate creation to the salted caramel budino. We licked our spoons clean. The wine selection is varied both varietal and cost wise. We enjoyed the 2014 Abeja Cabernet, twice.

Hard to beat this place! The food is always good, service close to impeccable. It can be a tough environment for carrying on a conversation as it’s so small and loud.

Ariana's is the best restaurant for any special occasion. The food and service have always been excellent. The only negative I see is parking. The restaurant is land-locked and parking for Ariana's is a little sparse.

In our opinion, Ariana Restaurant is the best restaurant in the state of Oregon. Absolutely everything is dialed in to perfection. Not a single thing could have been any better.

Our server, Castle, was absolutely fabulous. She knows her menu inside and out. She explained the menu items eloquently yet in a fun, engaging manor. We loved it.

I am Bend native and moved to Portland 2 years ago. I would travel back home to Bend just to dine here.

An impeccable evening....We had amazing service, we had exquisite food (the chef's menu, you can't go wrong), and such a lovely celebration. They knew we were celebrating something special and wrote "Congratulations" in chocolate when serving us our dessert. We so appreciated the attention to detail. Thank you for a memorable evening!

This is the best restaurant in Bend, period. It never fails to disappoint. The food is exceptional and the service is outstanding. We live nearby and come here regularly, not just for special occasions. It can get a little noisy when full.

Dinner at Ariana was excellent -- as it always is! Service was perfect. Just the right amount so we never felt bothered or ignored. The short rib was so tender that no knife was needed. The roasted beet salad was also very good. It is always very nice to be welcomed back!

The service and the Chef's tasting menu / wine pairing were terrific. Our server was friendly, knowledgeable, a great conversationalist and made sure we had a great experience. The tasting menu made for many perfectly composed bites - nothing was over the top. The wine pairing were spot on with each course.

The best fine dining restaurant in Bend. Although everything is amazing here, the beef carpaccio and the banana cream pie are truly special! Great for a date night, or if you have friends/family in town for a visit. Food and service are always wonderful and we can't wait for our next visit.

We felt extremely rushed by our server. We had a 5:00 reservation. We arrived on time. Ordered a cocktail and the server told us about the specials. After the cocktail arrived (took some time) the server asked us if we were ready to order? Our cocktails had just arrived. We said we’d start with appetizers. He mentioned the chef preferred to have all our selections at once. He was very insistent. So were ordered all 3 courses.
Within 10 minutes, appetizers arrived. We were half way done with cocktails. The dinner came soon after, barely giving us enough time to open our wine.
It was apparent that they were hurrying us out for the next reservation. Very disappointing, although the food was good.
