We had a show at 8 and reservation at 6 and didnt receive our food til 7:30. Drinks were slow and forgotton and my $50 steak or should i say my overcooked salt block was no where near medium rare. Bad experience from the first time i was there, just disappointed for the $500 tab that we had.

We keep trying because the food is great, but SLOW to get it. It took almost 2 hours for dinner. We ordered all 3 courses right away and it took a long to to get each one. The server did a nice job but it just took too long to get food. Lots of waiting.

Located in a beautiful area with the added convenience of easy parking in the hotel lot, the setting perfectly complements the exceptional cuisine. The menu is thoughtfully curated, offering a range of exquisite dishes that are both visually stunning and incredibly flavorful. Each plate is presented with artistic precision, making the food as beautiful as it is delicious. Without a doubt, this was among the best meals I have ever enjoyed. The staff further elevates the experience, demonstrating professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine engagement. Their thoughtful approach to service ensures that every guest feels welcome and well cared for. Aria is a true gem that combines impeccable food, breathtaking ambiance, and outstanding hospitality. I highly recommend it and cannot wait to return soon!

Service was quick, and attentive without being intrusive. Mushroom terrine app tasted delicious, very mushroom-y flavor. The grilled sourdough was chewy, holding its own with the terrine. Filet perfectly medium, flavorful; served a la carte, so I ordered the garlic mashed. Just-right amount of garlic, complemented the steak well. Chocolate mousse looked gorgeous and tasted even better.

Brunch was a glass of bubbly Rosé with delicious crab Benedict. What surprised me was the live DJ making the whole experience very chill and upscale. Music was not too loud still able to chat. Plus the art! Everything combines to make one slow down, pause and consider.

Service was good - Not a lot of options - especially non dairy .. And the night we dined - they did not have a chicken option available. Food was good - Very upscale bar food
