Anniversary meal and it was a quiet evening at Aria as we ate early. Wine list was strong and they mentioned the bottle only purchase but there was a nice discount offered. I had a dry martini that was just right. We tried 7 dishes and appetizers which were all delicious. Really liked the burrata. The staff was attentive and the food came out quickly. We had a lovely desert to share and the restaurant offered a nice limoncello to finish. Wonderful evening and appreciative of the experience.

Our meals were delicious. The lamb main course was so tender and tasty. Service was excellent. The waiter was very personable, and we chatted a lot about our common interest (cricket). I will definitely dine there again.

Truly our best dining experience on Grand Caymen and our server Nikko curated an outstanding meal for us to enjoy! The Baba ghanoush was seasoned perfectly, followed by tenderly fried calamari and then on to tafka which was soft and beyond flavorful. However the BEST delight of our night was the stuffed eggplant and I will return just for this chef’s masterpiece. On a side note, we felt cozy and welcomed, as well as appreciated guests, which is truly special during the high season. I highly recommend and will gladly return! Enjoy!
