   A lovely meal in pleasant surroundings. The doormen couldn't have been more pleasant or helpful to my mother in law on access to the hotel. Parking was easy and access to the restaurant was good although a little roundabout. The food on this occasion was good and very good value. We had been the week before and the same menu wasn't nearly as good as on this occasion. My only negative was that a) it was a little cold and b) the restaurant didn't have any idea that we were coming even though I'd had a booking confirmation and reminder from Top Table (this has happened before)

   When I booked this I did not realise it would be a buffet (we are not a great fan of these). There was however an excellent choice and it was all very good. The food on a buffet is not generally as hot in temperature as I would like - I can understand this as the food would dry out if left too long. Apart from this I was pleased with my meal. I would go again and I would recommend to a friend. The staff were excellent - particularly Monica. I would mention that my husband and brother visited the men's toilets at different times - both reported the dryer did not work and there were no paper towels!!!

   This is an excellent restaurant for dinner prior to a concert in the Symphony Hall. The staff are friendly and the service is prompt. It is also very good value for a restaurant in a top class city centre hotel.

   We had the most wonderful time dining in the Hyatt Hotel! The atmosphere and setting was almost breathtaking and the food was delicious and so well presented. The restaurant wasn't overcrowded and this made it very peaceful. The service was very helpful and friendly and we just had the best time! I would definitely like to come back and would recommend to everyone.

   Was both my partners and my Birthday and we were going to the symphony hall so decided on an evenings stay at the Hyatt, what a joy food was excellent ,we had the set three course menu ,limited choice but there was enough for us, value is outstanding Waiters very polite even asking if we'd like a few minutes before dessert, very relaxed atmosphere Only complaint it was rather cold in the restaurant but it was a wet cold June evening not much they could do about that will be returning for afternoon tea with friends.

   This was our second pre-Symphony Hall meal we had booked at Aria and the experience was as good as the first time. The food on the prix-fixe menu is well presented and tatsy if not adventurous, the service is very friendly and efficient and the atrium lobby is a pleasant place to be. The value is geat and there is a reasonable choice of wine. BEing a very short stagger across the bridge to Symphony Hall.

   Our pre-concert visit to Aria was enlivened by the arrival of the Chelsea ahead of their match at Villa but the restaurant is a good pre-Symphony Hall stop. The prix fixe menu has a narrow but ok choice and the food was tasty and nicely rpesented. All the staff were very helpful and friendly. The atrium setting does not have much buzz but was very pleasant. The bridge across the road to Symphony Hall means that you can leave it quite late before heading out.

   The restaurant that remembers those little extras that make an experience more special, like taking your coat, offering a choice of table and a few more. Add to this varied menu , great food and wine within sensible pricing and all in all lovely night.

   This was early on a Thursday evening; so not many clients. The service was highly professional, friendly and personal. The food was presented very well and they must have a top chef - full marks to him/her. There was plenty of it and we needn't have ordered our side dish of hand-cut chips ... which were very nice. The house red and white wines were very palatable. Overall a friendly and peaceful meal in a smart ambience next to Symphony Hall. Much enjoyed.

    Aria is one of our favourite places for Sunday lunch in Birmingham. The buffet style starters and desserts are very good. My friend and I both had beef for our main course. We both wanted this cooked differently, one rare and one well done. Both arrived perfectly cooked to our individual tastes.
