ARI Korean BBQ & The Cakeshop
Book your next event with us
We enjoyed our meal very much. There was way too much food. We were greeted at the door and had very attentive service.
Always love going to Ari. Best Korean BBQ in Atlanta.
We met our son there for a nice lunch on a Saturday. Food, service, ambience were perfect. We also enjoyed pastries we purchased at the Bake Shop. Overall a lovely dining experience.
This is our 4th time back and the food is the same high quality that we’ve come to expect when dining here. Rory, our server, is one of the kindest and friendliest person we’ve ever met. She is so attentive and professional. When it comes to korean bbq, we will only go here because no where else compares to the selection and tasty options offered with the all you can eat.
Good service and wonderful food
My boyfriend and I absolutely LOVE Ari Korean BBQ. We go to Ari every time we have a celebration. The food quality and service is impeccable. The best Korean BBQ & possibly the best steakhouse in Atlanta. Plus, the desserts from The Cakeshop are just as delicious!
High quality food and service. Attentive server and so many options to choose from for the AYCE. Though it’s priced higher than other AYCE Korean BBQ, you get what you pay for because the wagyu does make a difference in tender, quality meats.
We are glad to hear that you were satisfied with our service! Come again soon!
We had a great experience at Ari Steakhouse for a Saturday night Date Night. We were greeted immediately and seated without delay. Our server, Rory, was very busy due to some apparently unexpected circumstances. She was at our table to greet us and explain the issue very quickly, took our drink orders and got us underway for a very good meal. Our drinks were very tasty; Raspberry Wine, Peach Soju and a cocktail I cannot recall the name of. We had the Wagyu AYCE, and it was all phenomenal. We chose 6 meats in all, and were impressed with everything. The dipping sauces and sides provided were a great complement to the meal as well, and refills for each was provided when requested. We can’t wait to go back.
Really good place. I would highly recommend it. I took my parents for dinner and had their ribeye and vegetables. Ribeye was very tender. It was a full size steak. It was excellent. We took the hazelnut and cheese cake home. They were excellent too. The atmosphere is very nice. I am definitely going back.
We had a great meal and a fantastic time at ARI!! We will defiantly be back again!
Incredible service, great food, would dine here again
Thank you for your input! We look forward to your next visit! :)
Calm surroundings, excellent food, will return
The service was some of the best we have have ever received. Food was good. Wish the portions were bigger for the price. Overall we would recommend
Too long for meat to come out. 30 min wait for each meat to come out. Ridiculous.
Owner doesn't care! Food is very average!
Against my better judgement after reading several reviews about the average food, I decided to give this place a try for Valentine's Day. We ordered the meal for two people which included dessert. We looked forward to that as they also advertise Cake house. The server cooked the meat at the table which was the most enjoyable part of the experience. The meat was very average and the meat had very little flavor. I could have gone through a drive thru at Captain D's and had better fish. There is nothing special about their food. We hoped the dessert was going to be better, but were disappointed when the server told us we had to go wait in line at the cake counter for our dessert. I told her you have to be kidding me. I asked if we could get our cake to go or send the manager over for us to discuss it. The server came back a few minutes later with 1 very small slice of cake to go I asked if there was another small slice since it was two of us and she said no, that is all you get. Wow, that was a surprise. On the way out, I asked for the manager and a young girl spoke for the older lady and said she is the owner. I explained we purchased a meal for two and received a small slice of a cake that was only enough for one. I looked at the owner when I said that. The owner looked at me, then looked away ignoring my comment. The young girl said that we only give a small dessert (as in a serving for one) for the dinner for two. I told the owner I would not be back. She ignored me again. She clearly doesn't care even after we dropped $150 at her restaurant.
Thank you so much!
Went with a friend, on our try a new restaurant girls night and was not disappointed. We did the wagyu all you can eat menu. Our waiter was very friendly and we had him recommend the items for us. We had the brisket, shrimp, pork belly, several different steaks. The side dishes were great as were the beef dumplings and potato cakes. So much food you need to come hungry. Stopped by the cake shop to take some treats home for our families.
This is the best Korean BBQ in Georgia. The food and service were outstanding. The decor is very modern and the whole experience was very impressive.
Our waiter (whose name we did not get) was awesome. He was very thorough and attentive. Food was great. Ari tai? Drink was awesome & refreshing. Definitely will be back
The food was good but nothing special - different types of steak - and lots of it - cooked right at the table, but it all tasted the same. There were small amounts of other items - potato, kimchi, noodles, soup... Service was personalized and very good. I had a gin and tonic that was small and lame. We had never been here before, and it was a special occasion, so we decided to go all out for one of their big meals, which was quite expensive. There was plenty of food, but all in all it was not very thrilling.
We had a great time. Amazing food and service
service was great waiters deserve a raise!!!
Food and service were good. Nice to go to a unique dining experience.
A very nice evening celebrating our anniversary.
Service was great the flavors and presentation amazing.
The only downside was we did not get to pick our desert
and the carrot cake that was chosen as not very good.
The experience was amazing as we were able to schedule a quick reservation for a party of 10 during lunch when most restaurants would have turned us around in a heartbeat. A+
Loved the restaurant and cake shop. Fun experience!
Didn’t Knox my socks off- and the quality of the meat is better than Iron Age- but I think I still like Iron Age better😬
Amazing hidden gem. Decor is fabulous and the food was remarkable especially for the price. I’d recommend for date night and small parties .
Great food and service
I will return
Our server was Joe & he made the entire experience fun for us. We’ve had Korean becore but was so loud w a big screen and pop music that it wasnt as enjoyable. This place is nice and you can hear your conversations w one another. Food was delish!!
This is a cut above. The freshness of the vegetables and of cours
Enjoyed everything- Japchae and Bulgogi are must have
Neo was our server and an excellent one in every way. His professionalism was impressive. The dining here is very much an experience-relaxing and fun, not ever feeling rushed. Enjoyed the peach soju. Food quality excellent, although I wish meats could be leaner. I understand the mouthfeel and grill cooking side. Be careful about how much food you order. We had two a la carte entrees with only standard accompaniments which was perfect. Macarons are house made-chocolate was moist and delicious. German chocolate cake good not great-coconut from icing predominant flavor. Our second visit and we look forward to returning.
My dad was visiting from out-of-town and we brought him and our three teenagers there for a late lunch. Due to the odd hour, it was very empty so we can’t comment on the ambiance, but the space was nicely appointed....kind of like a slightly modernized steakhouse feel. We ordered the Feast for 4 plus the salmon (a la carte) after starting with a variety of appetizers: seafood pancake, potato pancake, dumplings and the bulgogi flatbread. It was the right amount of food for 6 hungry people - perhaps a bit too much but we finished it and no one complained of being hungry! Everything tasted delicious. Even though the Feast included two big slices of cheesecake and German chocolate cake (yum!) for dessert, we still stopped by the bakery/coffee/wine shop at the front of the restaurant for an after-dinner coffee and a slice of red velvet cake. Great way to end a good meal! It did take us 2.5 hours to make it through the feast, but we were not in a rush to get anywhere. Our waiter, Neo, was very pleasant and courteous, easy to talk to!
The last time we visited Ari, it was the best Korean Barbecue we'd had in the North Atlanta area. It's a bit pricey, so we couldn't come back very often, but we wanted to go somewhere nice this past trip. Come to find that, although the prices haven't changed, the menu has been downgraded, from the meat quality to the options for AYCE. Some of our favorite items are not to be found, and the food was no better than any other korean barbecue, though nearly double the price. No longer worth the extra expense. Never going back.
Fantastic service! We got the Wagyu all you can eat feast and everything was delicious. The waiter was very attentive and friendly and the restaurant ambience was nice and calming.
Staff was super friendly and helpful, service is just top notch.
First time to Korean bbq. Will go back! Waiter was very engaging and prompt with
This place is outstanding in every area. The atmosphere was quite and relaxed. The server was knowledgable about the dishes. They cook it there at the table for you. Which is unusual for most korean places but we loved it. It was definitely worth the money to eat here.
