   Unbelievably fresh spider crab (off the boat 50m from restaurant) and brill - cooked to perfection! Faultless dinner, excellent all round!!

   Superb on all fronts. The mackerel fat flatbread was a total hit right around the table, and the service was fab, too. Such a treat, but so reasonably priced. Highly recommend.

   Perfectly préparée food with respect for the true nature of the product, lovely wines. Good friendly service., nice price, lovely view on the harbour.

   Without question one of the best meals I have ever had. Fantastic, fresh seafood beautifully cooked and seasoned, seemingly in an effortless way. Rich Adams has created foodie heaven in the heart of Newlyn's fishing port - whatever you do just book a table!

   Thanks so much for yet another amazing meal...all dishes were delicious as ever, everyone especially liked the grilled scallops and leek and Rachel croquettas and the cuttlefish!

   This is one of the best seafood dinners I've ever had! The menu is perfectly curated, the seafood is insanely fresh and well prepared. The servers were friendly and very helpful with suggestions. The drinks and dessert menu were also incredible. I wish I could go back in time and eat this meal again. We got the mussels, smoked cod roe flatbread, prosciutto + beignets, fritto misto, scallops, and rice pudding. Each was a perfect 10 out of 10. Thank you so much, Argoe for an unforgettable experience!

    Great food and fantastic setting. Only downside is communal toilets. Two loos why can’t one be for female and the other for male? Absolutely hate sharing with men!
