Neighborhood gem! Evening started with our waiter who was charming, engaging and very helpful. It was a special occasion and we treated ourselves to a lovely bottle of Burgundy - chosen with the expert sommelier. Tuna tartare was delish, fresh Dover sole perfect, Valhorna chocolate fondant mad e a lovely end to a wonderful evening. Can’t wait to be back.

Service was the absolute best. Never have I experienced such attentive service and genuine employees. Food was amazing. Price is on the expensive side for the portion sizes however I was completely and utterly satisfied none the less.

Our most favorite restaurant and fail to dine when spending time in NY. Outstanding service by a seasoned wait staff. They make you feel like you’re dining at home. So comfortable. Good is terrific. Lamb chops I had were one of best I’ve had. Must go to when wanting to have a special evening.

The restaurant where you always feel like their favorite guest. Astonishingly good food. Attentive, knowledgeable, friendly service. And a variety of environments, from the swanky dining room to the clubby bar to the happening roof deck. Couldn’t be better.

The food was very good, as expected. But I would be remiss in not letting you know that our server, David, was really very good. He was attentive without being intrusive, easily answered any questions that we had, and was right on top of things. We were very impressed.

As always, Patroon lived up to its reputation for fine food, plentiful drinks and great service. The beignets were spectacular as were the little chocolate cookies. The hamburgers were cooked to perfection as were the onion rings and their special Brussel sprouts. Stefan was his usual amazing self. A perfect dinner which will be repeated over and over again.

This is an archtypical New York restaurant. The ambience is wonderful. My guest and I had the opportunity to meet Kenneth Aretsky, the owner. The food? Stellar. I done out at least twice each week, although I have not been to NYC for some time, but my dinner at Aretsky's was one of the best meals I can remember. The staff did not rush us (our reservation was at six), so we enjoyed a delicious, leisurely meal. Thank you, Aretsky's.

Aretsky’s Patroon is consistently one of the best restaurants in Manhattan. The food is delicious and beautifully presented. The staff go above and beyond at every opportunity. They really make me feel like family. Stéphane is my favorite! If you live In the city or travel there frequently, you owe it to yourself to give this place a try. I promise you won’t be disappointed! I hope they do bring back those fabulous homemade rolls soon.

Thank goodness they survived the pandemic. The food and service was exceptional and Ken's son Gene is now making guests feel as special as his dad always has. Stefan should be inducted in the waiters hall of fame! The halibut was incredible and everyone raved about their meals. An absolute home run!

THE SERVICE IS ALWAYS GREAT, THE FOOD IS DELICIOUS! Patroon even listened to my date and modified her Cobb salad as requested. The staff doesn't know how to say the word "no." It is so good to have them back serving lunch as well as dinner.

We loved Stephan, our server and got to meet the manager. He was delightful. We went up to the roof bar after dinner and the bartenders were great. Our meal was very good as well. Excellent bread and Caesar salad and the char was good.

this is a great place for both business and personal lunches/dinners. it feels like being welcomed into someone's home. the service is superb (if sometimes a bit slow--but where ISN'T it, in these days of covid and staff shortages?), the food very good, and the ambiance perfect. patroon also has a wonderful and welcoming small bar off the main dining room--another perfect spot for a light meal and a serious drink.

Great to see a gem in midtown surviving - and maybe thriving - in COVID times. the staff is so warm and hospitable and Mr Aretsky walks among the tables in an understated and gracious way. highly recommend.
