Great food and atmosphere. Really enjoyed the retail shop too. Chocolate caramels were the best I’ve ever eaten.

Very cute restaurant behind the Farm Market. The Farm Market was packed and restaurant was busy. I had a delicious steak. My daughter had the salmon and my husband had the chicken. All were very good. We did not get dessert but they deep dish cookie was very tempting.

Loved the little restaurant, the menu had so many selections it was hard to choose! All the staff were very friendly. Food was delish. Had the buffet. Loved the sweet mint tea! After supper shopped at the little store. The produce smelled so fresh! Baked goods and chocolate drew you in! Show was under the pavilion. Nice summer night. Great entertainment. Will definitely be back!

We were back in the area for the long 4th of July weekend and wanted to try someplace new, so we picked Ard's Farm. We were not disappointed. The menu was full of interesting choices. We ordered the fish and chips, steak and sausage jambalaya, chicken caprese, salmon stir fry and the lamb meatballs. Dinner came with their soup and salad bar, which, while not huge, was fresh and of good quality. The shrimp curry soup was very good. It's aroma was enticing and the taste was light for a curry but also just hot enough. To paraphrase my daughter, "They're not afraid of flavor, and that's promising for the rest of dinner."

The presentation of all the main dishes was excellent. The salmon stir fry and chicken caprese were beautiful and the jambalaya and lamb meatballs were fun to look at. Each meal was well prepared and tasty. The chicken was well seasoned and still juicy. The jambalaya was full of spicy flavor. The fish and chips were done just right. The salmon had a gently sweet teriyaki glaze on top of moist flesh. But the lamb meatballs were superb.

It is difficult to overstate how enjoyable the lamb meatballs were. The flavor in the meatballs was unquestionably lamb, strong and savory. The plum sauce was lightly sweet garnished with fresh mint leaves. The dish was completed with creamy mashed potatoes and a sprinkling of salty, tangy feta cheese. Every bite of meat, potatoes and sauce was perfectly balanced in flavor. (My daughter agreed the salmon was very good, but the lamb was excellent.)

For dessert, the table shared a slice of raspberry cake and a slice of chocolate turtle cake. The raspberry cake was a bit of a let down; although the raspberry flavor was good, the cake was much too dry. But the chocolate turtle cake was delicious.

delicious meal in a lovely, albeit surprising, location. When we first arrived I was a little nervous, at it looks like a well traveled farm store outside. Which it was; delicious looking meats, produce, and baked goods for sale as we entered through the store. But they have created a lovely dining area, very separate and nicely decorated, that you quickly forget how you got there. Our party of 5 was there for an early dinner on a weekday to celebrate a college graduation. The menu had something for everyone, the service prompt and friendly, and the food delicious. Wine and beer from local vendors were also on the menu.Since we were all stuffed from dinner, we chose to grab dessert to go from the store. The homemade cheesecake was fantastic and was more than enough for 2 of us to enjoy later that night.

Only OK, we were expecting higher quality farm to table. The pastrami on the sandwich was so thick we couldn’t bite it and had to cut our Rueben into pieces to eat it with a fork. We had reservations for a second day for 7 but cancelled it due to this experience.

I have already suggested ARDs to several Bucknell families that did not know about it. A terrific meal!

Terrific food! Huge servings so come hungry. My wife and I left with four boxes. We were a little surprised on how many children were there - maybe “Ard’s Family Restaurant” might sound better. But it didn’t take away how good the food was and we hope to be back!

This was our first time dining here. We had seen it out there on facebook, ads, etc. We thought we would try it. It was a very pleasant experience. Service was good and the food was great. Would have liken a few more desserts on the salad bar. I would recommend Ard's to my family and friends.

Nice salad bar and very good brisket. It is inside the farm store so we were a little unclear of the location.

This was our second visit to Ards. The service was awesome both times we ate there. This visit two of us had entrees (which include a soup and salad bar and a variety of hot foods. Entrees include the salad bar, which is a great value. Two diners in our group purchased just the soup, salad and hot foods, which this time included baked ham, mac&cheese, bbq wings, a broc/cauliflower dish, and a turkey pasta dish. To me; the few offerings that I sampled were a bit on the dry side. Delicious warm apple crisp, a second desert, rolls and tasty corn bread were also on the bar. I had the salmon stir fry which was amazing! The dish included a large piece of wild salmon, nice mix of fresh veg, brown rice and quinoa, which was delicious as well. My son had the pork belly tacos and enjoyed them very much. Just the right amount of spices and very filling. We’ll go there again for sure!

First visit to Ard's Farm and we had a very good dinner. We split the spinach dip as an appetizer. It had a bit too much mozzarella on top (made it hard to scoop the dip as it was very stretchy) but the creamy spinach underneath itself was delicious and the toast points were perfect! The salad bar was really surprising - so many choices! Salad, soup, etc. A meal in itself! One of us had the chicken waffles for main course and loved it. The waffles were fluffy, the chicken nicely seasoned and the bacon, onion ring, egg on top were great! Large serving! The other main course was the duck over risotto with seasonal veggies. The duck was very good and the veggies were perfectly cooked. The risotto was a bit soupy so points off for that and we had wanted the Pork Belly Tacos instead of the duck but they were out - another set of points off for that. Pretty disappointing. Overall, excellent value and lovely presentation and definitely will be back for another try at the pork belly tacos!

We just happened to find Ard's since we were visiting the area. We love farm to table restaurants. They did not disappoint. Reasonably priced. Excellent meat! We bought some of their bacon in the store to take home.

We were spending the night in the area and this place came up on Yelp reviews. Google took us a long way to get to the market/restaurant, which made us very skeptical. Lovely surprise. It is a market with the small dinning area in the back. Food was outstanding. County is dry but you can get wine from the local winery that has a booth. Well worth the drive and the highlight of our trip to Lewisburg - other than getting the puppy we came for!
