The food and wine at Ardesia was excellent. The music set a perfect and fun atmosphere! The only small thing was, it was quite dark lighting wise making it difficult to see our menu/food.
The wine list is very short for a wine bar; by the glass selection is poor, expensive and inadequate quality (selling pinot for $15/glass of a $17/bottle retail is beyond reasonable). The bar food is really (really!) bad. It's a shame - the bar has a potential.
Love this wine bar. Delicious selection. Will come back again
Great food with festive cozy atmosphere. Food's a bit salty but tasty.
Service was terrible. Waiter seemed annoyed when asked for a reccomendation. Took 15 minutes to receive our drinks. I won't go back
I really like Ardesia. It's a very charming space with an intimate vibe. The food menu is small, but there is a good variety and something for everyone to choose. I will be back soon.
The restaurant it's self was good and the servers were lovely. The table next to ours was irritating but that had nothing to do with the restaurant. So expect that there might be kids there but the wine was good and the pretzels were delicious!
Celebrated my husband's birthday in a group of 7 people and it was absolutely lovely. Service was excellent, the small plates were delectable and the ambience was perfect.
Great spot for a pre-theater drink and snacks.
Went here early And sat in the comfy corner inside. Nice burrata with chutney. Lamb skewers great! Beautiful flank steak very tasty but chewy as carved incorrectly and the serrated knives chewed it up!
In town for Fleet Week and stopped in for HH with friends. Food, service and wines were all so good, we just stayed until late in the evening. We'll go back
This is my favorite bar in the area. I take everyone here and it has never let me down.
This was a great place to eat before catching a Broadway show...it was walking distance from the theater district - it had a great wine selection and lots of tasty small plates!
It's always a pleasure to eat and drink here, they greet you and take care of you like a welcome acquaintance. The food is tasty and diverse, the wine well curated. We come here whenever we're in the neighborhood, for the art shows on the piers, local theater, etc.
One of the servers I had (at the bar) wasn't super friendly, but the food and wine were great!
