Arden is an idyllic retreat tucked into Portland's Pearl District. Arden delivers seasonal Pacific Northwest cuisine and an award-winning wine program featuring over 250 bottles, many with bottle age. Guests have the option to dine a la carte or enjoy the chef's prix fixe menu ($70): a shared experience that features 4 courses of seasonal cuisine. Coursed wine pairings are also available ($45).

Arden is named in homage to Shakespeare's famous forest - a place to escape the hustle and bustle of the city and appreciate nature's bounty and beauty. The restaurant invites you to take an exiting culinary adventure through the Pacific Northwest, and explore the incredible range of ingredients that the region has to offer.

We'll take you on a tour of our seasonal pacific northwest themed menu where you and your guests will share 9 of our most popular dishes. Wine pairings are optional and an additional $45 per person. Please contact us directly with any dietary restrictions or food allergies. At this time we are unable to accommodate any vegan or vegetarian diets on our prix fixe experience. Thank you for understanding! Please note: We will happily split payment between up to 3 credit cards but kindly refuse to split checks for large parties. This is my new favorite place to dine in Portland. Love the rotating menu that has all my favorites paired with unique cocktails and an excellent wine selection. Not to mention the fabulous service. Can’t wait to go back.

We did the tasting menu and wine pairing. Every bite and sip was incredible, end-to-end. The service was superb and the ambiance is relaxing and elegant. I would absolutely recommend Arden for an elegant evening dining out!

I have loved Arden in the past and was disappointed on this recent trip on 6/7/25. We ordered an appetizer, and then ordered the carrots which are delicious to share with our meal. Both my son and I ordered the pork dish. The appetizer came and as the wait staff set it on the table, he knocked half our bread off the plate onto the floor. He did not offer to replace it. That's okay, we probably didn't need to eat all the bread anyway. No sooner did our appetizer arrive and they brought the carrots. I asked to have them returned so we could enjoy our appetizer first which was very good. Then the wait staff brought out the pork dish which we both ordered and the carrots. As I said the carrots were delicious. I have had the pork here previously and it was very good. This was a different preparation and we both said the pork was tough and over powered by the cheese that accompanied it. We both did not fin ish the pork dish. Maybe it was just an off night because I have been here a number of times and it was very good.

The foie gras was disappointing! Too much salt and no real taste of the foie gras which was very buttery.
