ARDEA Steakhouse is a restaurant located in our “Shiawase Terrace.” A destination for meat and wine lovers seeking an elegant/casual, lively, and memorable gastronomic experience complemented by a novel mixology experience.

Here, you will find the passion for meat, wine, handcrafted cocktails, and Italian food. An exceptional menu with the best cuts aged in-house, an award-winning wine program, and various seasonal meat that our Chef Paolo Della Corte has selected.

Our Chef also prepared a selection of cheeses, handmade pasta, and pizzas in a traditional clay oven, inspired by his roots where the tradition of cooking on firewood meets the best local and imported products.

    Beautiful ambiance with excellent service and food quality. A little club like as far as sound level goes but still enjoyable unless one is hard of hearing

    Food was good and aesthetic but not big portions. Price was ridiculous but at same time you don’t really have a choice because resort is far from anything normal.

    We had a beautiful dinner at Ardea. Started with a skinny mojito and Wine, followed by a delicious starter of pasta with eggplant. Our main course was a T bone steak sliced to share. The steak was mostly good except that it had about 35% fat-the remainder was delicious. The service and meal presentation were amazing. We topped dinner off with decaf cappuccino and a birthday plate brought out to help my husband celebrate. We appreciated the indoor seating as it was a windy evening. As we left we heard and watched fireworks to celebrate a wedding at Nobu.

    Service and attention to detail was outstanding. Fernando and staff were meticulous. I had pastry encrusted salmon stuffed with spinach and beets. My wife had some amazing oysters with a truffle sauce that came smoked in a pot on a bed of rosemary….incredible. Nice wine list and cocktails.

    Lovely dinner! Service was impeccable! We loved the complimentary goat cheese bites & hummus! We shared the Tomahawk steak for 2! Delicious!
