Welcome to Archer, newly added to the Michelin Recommended list for 2023 and 2024. We invite you to embark on a culinary journey through the coasts and waters of the Pacific Northwest. Our offerings highlight the bounty provided by the region's talented farmers, fisherfolk, and producers, celebrating the diverse cultures and flavors of Canada.

Located in the heart of downtown Vancouver, Archer provides a casual fine dining experience perfect for any occasion. Join us for brunch on Saturday and Sunday, lunch Monday through Friday, and dinner seven days a week. Our cozy bar is a fun spot to celebrate birthdays, enjoy drinks, cocktails, and gathering with groups.

Had a truly fantastic meal at Archer to celebrate a birthday and anniversary. Service was impeccable including detailed descriptions of each dish and guidance on drinks. The food was delicious and truly unique. Would definitely come back.

Well crafted courses with an Asian twist. Hamachi Crudo was a particular stand out. Interesting local wine list paired well. I saw some reviews that complained the service was slow… in my personal experience, the length of dining was about 2 hours, the courses were meant to be savored and I felt were well-paced in their delivery. Overall outstanding.

As a group of five friends who love to indulge in a gastronomical experience now and then, we were absolutely delighted by our recent visit to this gem of a restaurant. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by a spotless, beautifully set space that immediately set the tone for a great night. The food was more than enough and each dish was presented with such flair—it was clear that a lot of thought went into both the execution and aesthetics. Every bite was a delight, perfectly balancing flavor and creativity. Our servers Raymond and the lady ( sorry forgot your name) were attentive, friendly, and made sure we were comfortable throughout the night. But what truly set this experience apart was the warmth of the owner, Ian. He took the time to sit with us, share his story, and the conversation left us all feeling deeply inspired. From the food, to the ambience, to the people behind the scenes—it was a complete and unforgettable experience. We’ll definitely be back.

The sablefish was great, the tartare was wonderful, I think the only qualm was speed of service. It seemed like there was some miscommunication on different servers putting in and delivering drink orders, and timeliness of dishes. Other than that, everything was great and looking forward to coming back when in town.

Archer was a wonderful place to celebrate mother day! Not only was the food exceptional so was the staff. Everyone was so kind and attentive. We will definitely be back :)

Had a wonderful mother day brunch! The owner was there and came around and touched every table and made it a memorable experience. The food was amazing and the day time ambiance was amazing!

Our first experience was wonderful! Great service! Great Food! Great place! The owner is very funny and checks in once in a while with a quick quip! We will definitely go again!

Food was very tasty. Service was pleasant but slow Drinks took 20 mins to arrive and restaurant wasn’t very busy I’ve never been to a restaurant that turns on all the lights at 10pm sharp- mood killer esp for a Sat night We had finished eating but its was like flashing a GET OUT sign There were only 2 tables occupied at close and we were all finishing up so it was strange
