Opened in 2013, Arcana Tokyo serves French cuisine in a contemporary atmosphere. Floor-to-ceiling windows let in natural light during the day, offering guests with a spectacular view of the city. Outdoor seating surrounding uniform trees is a unique, innovative aspect to Arcana Tokyo’s dining setup. Modern, colorful lighting fixtures hang from the ceiling, while the communal table in the bar area acts as a rustic statement piece. Fresh vegetables are delivered each day and are stored with smell, taste, texture, temperature and overall balance in mind. Each dish prepared by Arcana Tokyo’s chefs is cooked in a healthy manner, with minimal butter or cream, so as to be friendly to the body.

    予約しましたが、アルカナは貸切で、入れませんでした。 これはアルカナの問題ではなく、open tableの間違いでした。 再発しないようにしてください。

    友人とのちょっとしたお祝いのランチに利用しました。 天気が良かったこともあり明るくて眺めがよく、とても気持ちよかったです。お料理は一皿一皿が美しく量も程よく、とてもゆったりした気持ちで良い時間が過ごせました。 場所もわかりやすく東京駅から近いので、地方から知人が出てくるときにも使えそうだし、また伺いたいとおもいます。

    以前よりサービスの質が落ちたように思えます。 特に黒服の男性スタッフ(サーバーではなくおそらくソムリエ？)の無表情でオーダーを取られ、お皿を下げるのも無言。サーバーの方々もお料理の説明して下さる方もいれば無言で置いていく方、ばらつきがありすぎます。オープン当初何度か伺って気持ちのいいサービスでしたが、今回は残念でした。

    家内とコンサートの前に利用をさせて頂きました。料理が出てくるテンポが非常によく、また一皿一皿にテーマがあり、楽しく食事をすることができました。Kitteの中にいることを忘れさせてくれるような、フレンチレストランだと思います。またぜひお伺いをしたいと思います。少し残念だったのは、グラスワインが何の説明もなく注がれたことと、３皿目の冷菜があまりにも冷えすぎていたこと（事前に準備をされていたかと思うのですが）でした。

    ホワイトデーのお返しということで、ディナーでムニュ・ド・レギュームのコースを予約しましたｗ 前菜からデザートまで野菜だけつくるコースで、たらふく野菜を食べることができます♪ コンセプト自体が面白く、帰り際にマネージャーのかたと話をさせていただいたのですが、野菜だけのコースとなると、シェフもかなり頭を使って、いろんな挑戦をしているとのことです。 食べているときも感じたことですが、野菜だけで色々味を出し、飽きさせないコースって言うのは、かなり難しいｗｗ 今回、肉や魚を除いたコースで注文したため、女性には評価が高かったですが、男性としては、やはりガッツリ欲しくなりましたｗ 次回お伺いしたときは、肉を食べたいと思いますｗ

    I took three friends here because it was highly rated and listed (in Happy Cow) as "Vegetarian-friendly". It deserves the high ratings as the food, service and ambience were excellent. However, it's far from "Vegetarian-friendly". It does have a vegetarian prix-fixe but that has to be ordered THREE DAYS in advance! Or so I discovered at the restaurant. Ordering "a la carte" was ok and interesting but not as good as clearly the food my friends were eating. But overall, a memorable experience.

    コースなので時間が掛かります。非常に空腹の際にはお勧めできませんが、ゆっくり食事を楽しみたい方には良いと思います。
