ARCA is a contemporary Mexican restaurant led by chef José Luis Hinostroza, featuring a unique style distinguished by a variety of cultural influences. Since its opening in 2015, ARCA has quickly become an essential and prominent part of Tulum's growing culinary scene. Our culinary and beverage offerings pay tribute to the region, using the finest products sourced from local beaches and farms. Furthermore, our menus are constantly updated to reflect the seasons and the availability of the freshest ingredients.

Chef Leonor Espinosa (LEO), internationally acclaimed for her cuisine of origin; Catalina Vélez (Domingo), a guardian of ancestral flavors; and Laura Hernández Espinosa (La Sala de Laura), sommelier and liquid storyteller of her territory, come together for a one-of-a-kind experience that celebrates the sensory richness of Colombia and the strength of women in the culinary world. As part of this special evening, ARCA unveils its new cocktail menu—a bold, botanical journey designed to pair perfectly with the night’s menu. To complete the experience, a live DJ will set the mood, filling the air with vibrant sounds as the evening unfolds.

                                        Always a favorite- the prices are extraordinary but so is the food! The soft shell crap tacos served on Hoja de Santo and the filet served on blue corn tostada are both fabulous dishes. The ambience is also just perfectly on point.

                                        This place is a dream! The attention, service, location and food!!! Each plate & bite filled with flavors. The presentation of each plate stunned us. Each bite transporting you to somewhere familiar but yet new. Oscar & the team were welcoming and warm. We celebrated a birthday. Wine recommendation was great as were the plate recommendations. We has the soft shell crab tacos, the scallops, the octopus, the wagyu and the bone marrow. Dessert was the guava ice cream. Everything was wow and did not disappoint. Recommend 100x. Thank you for a pleasant experience. Compliments to the chef & team.
