   Amazing food!! Pricey but worth it if you can appreciate fine dining and how much work and culture goes into the experience. There are very expensive options for tasting menus but they don’t push it on you (although we’d love to come back and do that) and the al la carte options are excellent. We will definitely back!

   One of the best dining experiences I’ve ever had. The attention the detail from the staff was second to none, the environment of the restaurant perfectly captured the essence of the surrounding jungle, and of course the food was more than exceptional. The drinks and food came very quickly and were timed perfectly. It was also quite refreshing that the entire staff spoke fluent English and Spanish, which has been a bit of a rarity compared to other parts of Mexico I’ve been to. There was parking available very close by for ~$100-200 pesos. All in all, Arca is a must if you’re in the Tulum area.

   Arca is a must for any vacation in Tulum. The food was incredible, an exploration of Mexican food, bringing a new, thoughtful approach to each bite. Plus our server was so helpful and attentive. And don't skip the cocktails!

   Lovely evening. Slight wait for the 1730 reservation but service was kind and welcoming when it started. Prawns and soft shell crab not to be missed. Drinks at the bar afterwards couldn’t have been better. Dario treated us like good friends. His hospitality was outstanding and he’s a clear asset to the team. Amazing experience and will highly recommend.

   Una experiencia que prometía ser alta cocina, pero terminó sintiéndose como una detención voluntaria. Dos horas atrapado entre el calor, la humedad, el incienso intenso y un servicio tan lento que roza lo existencial. Cada plato llega después de una espera eterna, con bebidas maridadas que se calientan solas esperando su momento. La comida, en su versión ‘elevada’, pierde el alma de la cocina colombiana auténtica. Todo parece más pensado para impresionar que para alimentar. “Vino de tamarindo”, discursos larguísimos sobre ingredientes… y mientras tanto, el hambre. Lo más irónico: las mesas a mi alrededor que pidieron el menú normal disfrutaban de su comida, reían, brindaban… mientras yo contemplaba mi copa tibia en silencio. Si vas, pide lo de siempre. A veces lo normal es lo verdaderamente extraordinario.”

   Very disappointed. Flies were a persistent problem , the food was average and the cocktails not balanced. Not worth the money. The average New York bar beats this. The seafood had to many condiments and thus didn’t taste it the seafood was fresh. For appreciation we visit the top restaurants when we travel and this was disappointing.

    The food and service were exceptional! They easily accommodated for vegan options. The food was artfully crafted and the waitstaff did a wonderful job explaining each dish in detail and made sure I, as a vegan, felt included and satisfied. Everything was superb! Do not miss this restaurant on your next visit to Tulum!
