ARCA — Tulum’s epicenter of gastronomy — opens its doors for a dinner that promises to be an ode to culinary creativity and the purest expression of Latin American terroir. For one exceptional night, three powerful voices in contemporary cuisine will come together: chef Nicolás Tapia of Yum Cha in Santiago, Chile; visionary Alberto Landgraf of Oteque in Rio de Janeiro (awarded two Michelin stars); and Niki Nakazawa, the alchemist of agave and founder of NETA Spirits, one of the most respected mezcal houses in southern Mexico. Each brings a deeply rooted culinary identity, yet with a vision that transcends borders. Together, they will craft a multi-course menu blending the umami richness of wok and Chinese-Chilean fermentation, the technical precision and lyrical marine focus of Brazilian cuisine, and the wild, unfiltered character of agave at its most expressive. That evening, ARCA will transform its lush jungle setting into a fleeting sanctuary — a ritual space where cuisine becomes dialogue, immersive experience, and celebration. Amazing food!! Pricey but worth it if you can appreciate fine dining and how much work and culture goes into the experience. There are very expensive options for tasting menus but they don’t push it on you (although we’d love to come back and do that) and the al la carte options are excellent. We will definitely back!

One of the best dining experiences I’ve ever had. The attention the detail from the staff was second to none, the environment of the restaurant perfectly captured the essence of the surrounding jungle, and of course the food was more than exceptional. The drinks and food came very quickly and were timed perfectly. It was also quite refreshing that the entire staff spoke fluent English and Spanish, which has been a bit of a rarity compared to other parts of Mexico I’ve been to. There was parking available very close by for ~$100-200 pesos. All in all, Arca is a must if you’re in the Tulum area.

Arca is a must for any vacation in Tulum. The food was incredible, an exploration of Mexican food, bringing a new, thoughtful approach to each bite. Plus our server was so helpful and attentive. And don't skip the cocktails!

Lovely evening. Slight wait for the 1730 reservation but service was kind and welcoming when it started. Prawns and soft shell crab not to be missed. Drinks at the bar afterwards couldn’t have been better. Dario treated us like good friends. His hospitality was outstanding and he’s a clear asset to the team. Amazing experience and will highly recommend.
