We were very excited to try Arca, and we arrived and started with a cocktail. The restaurant was practically empty, given that it is June, and Tulum is pretty quiet. We were having a difficult time deciding what to order and asked for more time, and the server told us that we would only have 90 minutes from our reservation to sit at the table. They have a time limit! We did not like feeling rushed — especially given how empty it was — and we finished our cocktail and left. I would avoid this place if you want to have a relaxing dinner.
