   Buffet style. Loud live music which is great. Serving staff said gratuity wasn’t included when it was so we double tipped and didn’t realize until we had already signed the check

   We ate the majority of our meals at Arbol during our stay. The breakfast buffet was incredible but we REALLY loved dinner! Our server made us incredible table side salsa to taste- we love it hot & it was on point!  We started with the cerviche -which was out of this world! My fiancé, had the catch of the day, that was wonderful. I had the grilled shrimp over kale that was perfectly prepared. We absolutely loved this meal!! Can’t wait to return
