   Service was not great. Steak was fine. The appetizers were much better than the mains. Expected more.

   We had Salmon and Duck l'orange. While the salmon was very good, the duck had some odd brown sauce that had no hint of orange. We order Profiteroles but the chocolate sauce is cold and thin -- not at all what it used to be. The kitchen and the bar need better training.

   Aquitaine is a lovely little restuarant with booths and tables. The menu is a medium size with various offerings and womewhat pricey. The tagliatelle we both got had fresh vegetables including snow peas, however the butter sauce was way too abundant. Unfortunately there seemed to be only 2 servers in the whole place which meant that the food came slowly, as did the check when we asked. My partner that evening was not well and needed to leave quickly so this was a particular problem. The most wonderful part of the evening came as a complete surprise in the nature of a young server/bus boy who did not speak English, yet managed to help my somewhat disabled partner all the way out to our car, with the kindest most compassionate help. He was extraordinary and this act will not be forgotten.

   This was our second visit, first dinner at Aquitaine, and everything was even more magnificent than lunchtime. There is a larger menu, but the service is spot on from arrival to departure. It's a splurge but the servings are generous and the quality of everything was perfection. Our 93 year old mother adored her meal and dessert.

   Hugely impressed. I had stopped going to this restaurant because after the pandemic it had gone down hill. However, we went last night for my husband’s birthday and it was absolutely lovely. Great job bringing this restaurant back to its previous glory.

   Service is just fabulous, great place to sit, relax, have cocktails and dinner. Had he mussels and frites; only complaint is the fries were a bit overdone. Cocktails / wine were great, and the pear galette was a standout.

   Manager and our waiter were both very nice!!! The Veal Schnitzel with the fried egg on top and the Sole Meuniere were bother excellent. So was the mango sorbet!!!

   First time having diner. I had done lunch or really early diner. As usual it was outstanding ! Food was fantastic ! I felt very much back home this evening. A great French feeling !
