AquaSan was delicious! Absolutely an upgrade from the late Aquagrille, which was still very good. Had been waiting for them to reopen, and made a reservation as soon as I realized it was open. Particularly slow giving that it was a Monday in the summer, and the weather was abysmal, and hopefully it gains more traction in light of the season. Beautifully decorated. Menu is interesting in that it is a mod podge of smaller plates, many of which you can buy by the piece. Extremely quick turn around for the food, clearly have an organized assembly team in the back. The Gyoza (tacos with tequila) with the ahi tuna was delicious, the steak tartare was particularly yummy, especially with the crispy rice base. The forbidden rice was full of flavor and texture. The General Tsos Sando had a very pretty ube waffle bun, and not too sweet sticky sauce, and a golden fried chicken thigh. The blue crab soup was very light, and preserved the delicate flavor of crab without being overly “fishy”. Brussels sprouts were crunchy and sweet, and the local catch (wahoo) sashimi was very complex and interesting. Notes of licorice and very fresh. The Peking duck empanada was the only thing that missed, as the cherry jubilee sauce was sickeningly sweet, although duck was cooked nicely. Will definitely be back to try most other things on the menu! Didn’t get dessert but the Condensed milk bars given as a small bite with the check were CRAZY. Reminded me of a cookie my nana used to make when I was a child. Highly recommend, great for parties as the drinks are both outrageous and delicious, all coming in wonky cups with a plethora of decor.

Cute, fun vibe. Service for us at the bar and host was subpar, our server Manny saved the night. Smaller portions / light bites but food was good. Won’t rush back.

Some of the appetizers were delicious, but I found a few of the entrées boring and the serving portions ridiculously small for the price on many items. In particular, the shrimp ceviche was flavorless T he decor is beautiful - but I would recommend tweaking a few recipes and also serving size if they want repeat business

Went there to both celebrate a birthday and invite friends to our wedding. Started off well with good seats and the waitress got us going saying she would bring water. Time passed and we kept looking around for our waitress. Another server comes by and we ask for water. He grabs it and that starts this rotation where we had 4 or 5 servers all waiting on our table. In some cases 2 people bringing the same thing to the table at the same time. The food was the biggest disappointment. Very expensive for what you get and the taste was lacking. I thought it was asian but the menu is all over the place. We ordered a bunch of the appetizers. The duck empanada was much on the inside and heavily breaded on the outside. The Tacos and Tequila was just a little taco. Caesar salad was a couple leafs with balsamic on it. The salmon Poke cone has a teaspoon of salmon and the rest is guac. Moving forward we didnt understand if the "meals" were full meals or something to share. Some had sides and some were just the one item. They were all expensive. The steak came out with 3 skewers and tasted like it was boiled. No flavor and just grey. The ribs were all sauce. The local catch was the best but it was a corvina which is not a local fish. The other oddity is stuff just comes out when its ready so some people have food and others are waiting if you are sharing. The birthday was not recognized at all and we had to keep asking for our check...finally grabbing someone that was clearing tables. They did take 10% off the bill but overall super disappointing and we wont be back

Sat at the bar. Bartender only came around to see if we wanted more drinks. Didn’t check to see if we wanted more water. Appetizers a joke. They are single so if you order just one of certain items they are pitiful looking. Only one decent was the waygu beef surf and turf. We shared Brussels sprouts, duck fat fried rice, sirloin tips, and spareribs. All were bland and salty. There was no flavor in anything. Ribs way too oversauced. Decorations are over the top Like being in Hawaii on steroids. Won’t be coming back again.

Food was unique and atmosphere was beautiful. The starters were excellent. I highly recommend the chicken and waffles and bao buns. The entrees were over sauced. Too much sugar had a feeling horrible that evening. Wasn’t impressed at all with the cocktails. The presentation was great but nothing that would get me to go back. The dessert was horrible. Chocolate creme brûlée, the flavors didn’t make any sense and didn’t work for our pallet.

We had a group of four and shared everything. All the food was great, drinks were strong, service from Rylie was fabulous!

The food was excellent and worth the value. The drinks were very well done and had interesting flavors. The server was very knowledgeable about the menu and made thoughtful recommendations based on what we would like.

Our first visit after the new makeover. Unusual and tasty menu. Appetizers are clever and entres are delicious. Great selection of wines and tropical drinks are good and strong. Our server Rylie was very knowledgeable and attentive- we will definitely ask for her again. Ambience is unique..decor etails in the bar and dining area are really first rate.
