Manny has always been the best ! He knows how to make you feel at home. He brings you joy and makes sure that your dinner experience is the best. The manager Danilo was very accommodating regarding seating. I requested a high top due to a knee surgery because I needed to be able to have my knee up. I appreciated that. Great food! An experience! Definitely highly recommended!

Dined at Aquasan last night with friends, a girls night out. The decor is absolutely beautiful. The food was delicious. Small portions, but to be expected as it seems it’s more of a “tapas” type dining experience. There are limited single entrees that would satisfy a hungry fellow. And the presentation of the food and drinks were impressive. Our server Alex was fantastic, very attentive, and offered great suggestions. We will definitely go back, and most likely make it a regular place to meet up for dinner. Highly recommend!

From the cocktails to the appetizers, main course, and dessert. Every part of our visit to Aquasan was incredible! The atmosphere was inviting, the food was fresh and flavorful, and the entire experience felt special from start to finish. A huge shoutout to our bartender, Hunter, she is incredibly talented and made our time at the bar even better. If you’re thinking about going, don’t miss happy hour, it’s absolutely worth it!

We have been counting down the days for Aquasan to open. The waiting was well worth it!! The ambience is beautiful, staff so friendly (KJ was our server and she was excellent), food and drinks were delicious! So happy that we now have another favorite restaurant to visit!! Great job 🩵

What a great experience we had at AquaSan! We couldn’t decide on food, so we ordered a bunch of appetizers and small dishes (the bao bun and the truffle hamachi were our favorites), had two different cocktails (definitely try the Pleasure Spiked With Pain if you like a little heat!) Everything was delicious! We ordered two desserts so we could try them, the chocolate crème brûlée and the baked Alaska. Both were delicious! We ended the night with the Saigon Kick coffee martini which was delicious. Everything was spot on, and our server Fiona was so much fun to have with us for a couple of hours! She made the experience just that much better. We’ll definitely be back soon! Thank you guys for an amazing evening.

The renovation is beautiful with a comfortable atmosphere and attentive service. I don’t consider Aquasan a restaurant to “go to dinner”. Very limited menu with a large majority of the food fried and covered in sweet sauces/glazes. Three pages of cocktails/wines to one menu page. More of a sit down cocktail lounge with an extensive bar menu. Very few entrees. Hopefully will expand their options in the future.

As fans of the previous iteration, the reimagined AquaSan is an elevated contemporary twist on the tiki theme. The menu is smart and creative with a rich mix of seafood and land fare. The Duck Fat Fried Forbidden Rice was a standout. Also appreciate the Snacks section of apps and ability to mix, match and share these. The steak tartare was exceptional. Cocktails are rum focused, though even us bourbon lovers were able to find options between the Big Kahuna and Tropical Itch (served complete with a complimentary back scratcher). The one carryover from the old menu we were very happy to see was the Aqua Joy sundae, reimagined as an ice cream cookie accompanied with the best hot fudge around.
