    The food was over cooked and very tough. The service was very slow. We waited over 15 minutes before anyone took our drink order. The rest of meal seemed to follow suite. It’s a touristy spot so it’s nothing special as far as food/service. We had a gift card or we would not have went.

    Aquarium worth the visit especially if have children or someone that enjoys aquariums. Food good, worth the money but had some food orders mixed up but, quickly resolved. Would recommend especially before attending Grand Ole Opry.

    My husband and I visited this restaurant to celebrate my birthday and it was a GREAT experience. Our server Thomas was AWESOME. He provided my husband and I with good conversation. The food was top tier as well. Everything was perfectly seasoned and cooked to perfection.

    The manager was a little rude, we had reservations at 6:15 and we ordered drinks and appetizers, ( our waiter Gabe was so nice)!! While we were still waiting on another guest, the manager said rudely, you will need to order the rest of your meals, because the kitchen staff has to leave!

    This place is great for kids. Very beautiful ambiance. The food isn't spectacular but seeing your kid have a good time is more important than a tasty lunch.

    Thoroughly enjoyed our dining experience! They were out of the souvenir cups for the alcoholic drinks though. The combo appetizer was 🔥! Definitely plan to return.

    Ambiance is the best part of this restaurant. Food was ok & on the pricier side. Waitress was nice, Manager as well the blond hostess was rude & did not set a good tone for the evening. For the $ I’d go elsewhere.

    The quality of the food is beyond terrible. Grocery store frozen food is better than this. 10000000% not worth the money. The prices are equivalent to a multi star restaurant but I've eaten better food from long john silvers. The only good thing about this place is the service, wait staff did a fantastic job. Most of the time I would say this type of place is more for the experience of eating in an aquarium but even that doesn't make it worth it, even if you have kids that enjoy aquariums. Cost us $200 dollars for 2 people and then we still had to go somewhere else because most of our food was inedible. Don't waste your time or money.

    We decided to visit this place because we were attending a show across the street at the Grand Ole Opry and wanted to eat nearby. The theme (it's a real aquarium) seemed like fun. Our waiter was very polite and helpful. We arrived at 5pm and there was no wait. The aquarium tanks were as advertised, with all sorts of ocean fish including barracuda, sharks, rays, eels, etc. Had a lot of fun watching them. The food, however, left a lot to be desired. I ordered fish tacos. The tacos were very good, with big pieces of fish (you get 3 tacos, and not the mini bar taco kind). But the sides were small (slaw and beans) and flavorless. My wife ordered a steak and mixed seafood platter that was half good (the seafood) and totally awful (the steak). The steak came out not only undercooked, but it was 100% fat and gristle. Totally unedible. Even the waiter agreed. He took it back, and then returned to say all the steaks looked the same, did we want something different. She chose a chicken breast. It came out overcooked and dry as leather. Then, they didn't even knock anything off the bill. We won't go back or recommend it.

    It was beautiful, and delicious! It was the perfect choice of where to go before a Grand Ole’ Opry show because you only have to walk across the street, and you’re at the show!

    The food was terrible, we ordered a Surf and Turf meal that cost $52.00. Only the mashed potatoes where cold and gritty (like sand), the shrimp had a terrible flavor, the vegetables tasted like they were cooked in salsa, and the steak was ordered as a Rare and came to the table as medium. The Chicken Alfredo tasted only of oil. The service and atmosphere were great but the food made the whole experience terrible.

    Our server was Gabriel, he was outstanding and friendly. Kept checking up on us and made the experience exceptional. Was slightly let down by how many fish tanks there actually were and the food was pricey, but I would come again.

    The ambiance was similar to The Living Seas at Disney's Hollywood Studios - almost mesmerizing to see all of the fish in the tank! The food was only marginal though - it didn't have the flavor that I was expecting. The server was very good.
