Friendly staff, but extremely overpriced for the quality and quantity of food. Three scallops for $46....really? Then our bill shows a complimentary Amuse Bouche, which we were never offered, and when we inquired, our waitress said oh well sometimes the chef runs out....sorry about that. I would pass on this spot. There are many other options which offer great food at a fair price.
This is our go to restaurant when ever we come!
Lobster bisque is a must ! Taro cheesecake was so good. John & Thomas are outstanding servers! Ask for them when you go there
The best place I went to in vegas the ambiance the service was very nice
Wanted to spend our anniversary dinner at Aquaknox and sadly it was a big mistake. Attentions to the customer is none existent here.Service is really bad. Food is expensive and not great. This is definitely a tourist trap. Never going there again.
Restaurant wasn’t busy but that was okay with us. Food was excellent but ordered too much. Every dish was amazing- curry mussels, sea bass, ny strip, asparagus. Wish we would have had room for dessert!
This was one of the best dinners I have had in a long time. Service was amazing!
Celebration of clean bill of health
Terrible. Overpriced nobody should go to this restaurant absolutely awful
We were there for a very long time. Servers were very pleasant but the wait time between meals was very long.
Loved the atmosphere and the entrees were awesome.
Very personal and friendly service.
Delicious food presented beautifully and a small appetizer and dessert were offered at no charge. Very nice service with two attendants.
Very cozy in a booth which made it easy to hear.
The food was amazing!! Our server was even better! Very sweet young lady!!!
While the food was good, the restaurant was very slow with overall service of the food. It wasn't just our table, but we noticed the majority of the tables also seemed delayed in getting their food. We had an 8:15 reservation (when we were seated), and ordered fairly promptly. However, we didn't see our meal until shortly after 10 p.m. Certainly put a damper (and delay) on our evening. With some complaints from us, the restaurant did take 20% off the tab, which was generous and appreciated. Overall though, based upon the experience, there are many other options that we'd choose over Aquaknox.
It was fabulous
Had a booth and we chatted all through our evening.
The waiter was awesome
Food was great
I’d go back every time we are in Vegas.
Dining experience was wonderful until we tried to find the waiter to get the check. Had to wait awhile before we were able to find him to get it for us. Other than that, the food was fantastic and the service was great. The waiter had an exceptional knowledge about the food which we appreciated.
Wonderful. Just the best. We had a lovely dinner. We ordered steamed clams, and when we had 3 that didn't open, the Chef prepared us another dozen. The food was amazing and the presentation was wonderful. We had an early dinner before a show, and it was great. Waitstaff was wonderful. The only issue I had was the restaurant was relatively empty, except for one table with 4 people having a business/dinner meeting - and she wanted to seat us right next to them.... really, she couldn't find another table? But, upon our insistence, she did give us another table.
Group of 10. Put us in a private area. Great evening, service, food.
It is not a bad restaurant. It is good. In my opinion, overpriced. The food is good but you can have the same half of the price outside the hotel.
Tanya and Thomas took such great care in making our dinner special. Food was fabulously cooked and presented... branzino was fresh and succulent, barramundi was tender. We also had the octopus appetizer which despite being served cold was Awesome!
Thank you for a lovely dinner!
Absolutely wonderful dining experience. Food was fantastic and the service was excellent.
The space itself is absolutely wonderful. It is what got me to check out this place as my fiancé and I are searching for a place with amazing food and service to host our reception and a place to host the rehearsal dinner. The food is above average but nothing to write home about. The service is unacceptably bad. It is the first time in 15 years that the service was so poor from the main waitress that I refused to tip. She was smug and not around-- ever. I sat there for 10 minutes contemplating how I wanted to handle this. I ended up speaking with a manager, pulling cash from an ATM, and giving her assistant the tip. With a clear head, there was absolutely no way I could not tip him as he was efficient; however, she was so bad that there is no way in hell I'd host anything here (personally or professionally) let alone return.
Excellent seafood and service.
Food was terrific, except the Black Garlic Cesar was not a Cesar at all. It was balsamic. Good, but not what we wanted or what we ordered.
Everything we ordered was prepared beautifully and chef did a wonderful job of marrying the perfect flavors. Highly recommend the Quail and Scallops.
The food was beyond phenomenal. We had the shrimp ceviche which was very good, the lobster bisque was perfection and a surf and turf special for an entree. The filet was tender and grilled to a perfect med rare, mashed potatoes and asparagus were also delicious. The crowning glory was a half lobster tail stuffed with Maryland blue crab topped with truffle oil. Hands down the best lobster I’ve ever had. It had just enough spice and the oil to enhance the lobster without overpowering. The only surprise was the special was $120/pp, so make sure you are prepared to spend about $200+/pp. definitely the perfect place for a special occasion. We would go back for sure.
Aquaknox is located in the Venetian/Palazzo right outside their Conference Center. Primarily a serving seafood, but do have a few selections of other meats. Open table reservations worked great, and were seated right away. In comparisons to other restaurants in the hotel, this one will be priced a bit higher overall for the quantity of the food. Enjoyed our meal overall, with an delicious appetizer of a crab cake, and entrees of Chilean Sea Bass and a Filet. We added on a pound of Alaskan Crab legs, and that was extremely pricey. The Sea Bass and Filet was excellent, but would forego on the add on for the crab legs as it was not worth the extreme price. If you go, and there is only two of you, request a booth, as they are very private and make a great dining experience. Overall, we would visit again for special occasion with full knowledge the expense of the meal.
Having previously eaten lunch in the bar (which was great), we had high expectations for dinner. The restaurant is very pretty. The waiters were pleasant but there was a definite feeling that they wanted us to move along. Water wasn't refilled without asking, and that included the Pellegrino that we paid for! Had poached prawns and oysters for the appetizers. Both were excellent. The fish in the barramundi entree was very good but there was just too much of the "salad" on top.
Will go back to eat in the bar for oysters and prawns but not again to the restaurant. Not worth the money.
The food was very good ,the staff friendly and helpful. We had a great dinner and totally great experience.
Great evening overall. The serving team was outstanding and the meal was great. We had King Crab Legs and Scallops and skipped dessert and a nice glass of wine.
Excellent evening that could have been enhanced very easily by adding 1 more table to what were provided which would have given the 9 of us just a little more space thus a more comfortable seating experience
Everything was amazing!
Food was good not great was hoping for more - but service was very good!
The lobster bisque was good but the octopus was chewy. The Chilean Sea Bass was very tender but bland. My water wasn’t filled for a long time. Definitely overpriced for the quality. I won’t be back.
Every morsel was delicious. We went for it all: lobster bisque, caviar, tomahawk steak. Wow. Eat here and enjoy.
We had a bit of everything, from octopus to steamed clams. My husband had crab Louie salad and I had the fish soup which was fantastic. Drinks were good too!!
We go to Vegas for NASCAR and always eat at Aquaknox on Sunday after the race. We do this because it is across the street from where we stay at TI and is easy to get to. We also enjoy the menu and especially enjoy the service. We have had Miller as our server at least three times and he is excellent. Makes sound recommendations and engages in friendly conversation. In fact we informed the Manager that we would like him each time we dine at Aquaknox.
Aquaknox was so delicious! As a local I have been disappointed by nice restaurants on the Strip more times than I can count but this was a pleasant surprise. We had a cold seafood platter that was amazing, my boyfriend had the Chilean sea bass and said it's the best he has ever eaten, and I had the prawns and could not stop eating. The wine selection was fabulous. Jesse was our waiter - he was great! So kind and attentive to our table. Highly recommend Aquaknox!
Amazing food and a very cool vibe. We had excellent service.
The food was great and our server and the server assistant were amazing! The after dinner treat was a fabulous touch as we were too full for dessert but somehow had a sweet tooth still :)
The food here was excellent. I had their lobster cocktail, lobster bisque, and surf and turn. All of these were superb. I had the Mexican hot chocolate beignets, which were ok. Service was very attentive. Certainly a pricey dinner, but I would do it again. There is some damage to the ceiling of the restaurant, which appears to have been water leaks, which detracted from the environment. Otherwise I was very happy with this meal.
