AquaKnox in the Venetian offers diners sophisticated seafood selections in a gorgeous atmosphere. When guests arrive, they are greeted by a visually appealing dining room including an open kitchen and massive wine wall. The restaurant’s aquatic vibe prepares diners for the fresh menu featuring dishes with Mediterranean and Asian influences. From the signature Fish Soup and Maine Lobster Bisque to the Peanut Butter and Jelly Lava Cake every course at AquaKnox is deliciously memorable. Seafood selections such as the Meyer Lemon-Herb Stuffed Grilled Branzino, the Maryland Blue Lump Crab-Stuffed Maine Lobster, and Seared Fennel Pollen Sea Scallops are favorites, but the talented chefs also offer a variety of mesquite char grilled steak and chicken entrees. AquaKnox has received multiple awards from the Forbes Travel Guide (including a 4 Star Award in 2017), Wine Spectator, and has been listed as one of the 10 Freshest Seafood Restaurants in Las Vegas according to USA Today.

Aquaknox has a nice setting that was not as loud or busy as neighboring restaurants which made business conversation productive. The food was absolutely amazing - both seafood and steak. The only reason service received 4 star is that we sat in the bar and never received water or beverage refills during our meal. We had to ask for water...not a huge deal but still a basic requirement.

Terrible food. The sea bass was actually cod and tasted like a Filet O Fish from McDonalds. Service was extremely slow. Food very over priced for what you get. Take your business elsewhere.

Very good first time experience. Wait for entrees seemed long but we were not in a hurry.

Great food. Really nice atmospheres. Had a reservation at 5 prior to a 7:30 in the Venetian. Arrived 10 minutes early and waited at the bar and had to go back to the hostess 10 minutes after our reservation time to remind her we were waiting. She had clearly forgotten/overlooked that we had already checked in. Waiter was very professional and engaging, but the food took a long time (we had a show to make and had given ourselves 2.5 hours lead time to complete dinner). Party of 4 had 3 dinners come out, but the 4th came out 10 minutes later. Waiter disappeared and we had to track him down for the check. Could have been a bad night, but the service failures ruined what would have been a great dinner experience at what seems to be a really nice restaurant. Repeat, the food was excellent and presented very impressively.

Yeah, amazing food but the place was not crowded. They always left water glasses empty until you flagged down and requested a refill. When I was done, they took my plate away (and the sides). Little did I know that two of my coworkers has not finished their food. We went to absenthe for drinks, sin and an amazing experience.

The service was great and the attention to detail was astounding. Enjoyed the evening for Valentine's day and would dine again for any occasion.

We love this place! Everything from the food to the service is top notch. With so many choices here in Las Vegas, this is one of our "go to" spots. Being locals it's hard to find a place that acknowledges you for being a repeat customer and they make that extra effort for those in town. They have a wine pairing experience which is very cool. Kudos to them for what they bring to the table!

This place is unbelievable. We had the filet and salmon and we honestly felt like they were one of the best filet and salmon dishes we ever had. Living in Vegas, that says a lot. We'd highly recommend Aquaknox. It was excellent in every way.

The food was delicious, the service quite good, the room was attractive and surprisingly quiet for such a large open space. The portions are very small, though, so if you are really. hungry, you might want to choose an item that has a bit more volume, or go somewhere else. The lobster bisque was perfect but just a scant cup. The scallops were nicely done, but just three medium-plus. Except for the side of bok choy, the quantity was disappointing right through dessert. For flavor and quality of ingredients, Aquaknox really stands out. Only the small portions disappoint.

Service across the board was great. I asked for an alcove for date night and was accommodated without hesitation. My wife enjoyed the lobster bisque, and I gobbled up the fish soup. The wine pairing was on target. The butterscotch pudding was addicting. It is Vegas, so pricing is high, but worth it. The restaurant is along “restaurant row”, so if you don’t ask for seating deeper in the restaurant, it can be noisy. I will definitely return for a repeat experience.

Amazingly overpriced. Food, so, so. Seems to follow the trend in Vegas now. Mediocre food, high prices. Have a burger at Micky D's instead.
