Aquaknox never disappoints. The service, the food and the wine are always above par. This year we stayed on the light side with oysters,; the trio, of lobster, shrimp and crab; king crab leg and grilled octopus. All were super fresh. Fresher than I can have anywhere else. Only disappointment was the octopus that was a little chewy. The wine was fabulous. Name is insignificant as wine list is extensive and has a price range to fit any budget. We chose for dessert the taro cheese cake was out of this world. The sorbet was original and tasty. Service as usual was fabulous. What a restaurant! Never crowded. Wonder why. Thanks guys!

This is hands down one of the best seafood restaurants in Las Vegas. Excellent service, food, and ambiance. Highly recommend their fish stew and sea bass.

For the price one pays for the food at this location, it should taste better. I ordered the "Bone in Rib-eye" and the brown source that comes with it was very salty, almost uneatable. The bread pudding was very sweet, and then to add melted marshmallows on top, made it even more sweeter. I went there for my Anniversary, and was very disappointed.

Aquaknox was a bit of a letdown for me. I was expecting them to be known for seafood, however when the waiter read us the specials for the day, none of it was seafood unless it was surf n turf. The specials consisted only of steak. Sure enough, I thought it was odd and ordered the halibut with lobster corn succotash. The succotash was good and very flavorful. The halibut was dry and bland. My significant other ordered the scallop entree and it felt more like an appetizer than an entree.

On another note, the lobster bisque is very memorable. Would highly recommend.

I was celebrating my 40th birthday. The food was excellent. I initially wanted just oysters. We ended up sharing appetizers and an entree and the chef gave us separate plates and they both were beautifully plated. I thought that was a special touch rather than having us separate the meal ourselves.

As some other reviewers mentioned, the service was hurried. The waiters were pleasant but we were left with the impression that they wanted you in and out as quickly as possible. We even stated we weren’t in a hurry. We had allowed over 2 hours for dinner before our show and we were done in 45 minutes. For the amount of money spent we did not feel the food or the experience was worth it.

Steamed clams were exceptional. Maine Lobster and Lobster bisque was very good. The octopus appetizer was great. The poke appetizer was not good. Fish was poor quality. Tables are very close together. The server pouring water had trouble getting in between. Our waiter was a bit unprofessional. Tried to be buddies with the guys on our table. Forgot the spoon for the lobster bisque. When we asked for the spoon, he joked that he should have just slurped from the bowl. Ambiance is terrible. Feels like eating in a mall with everyone walking by since there is no wall separating the restaurant from the shoppers.

Great service, great setting. Food was very good, but portions are small compared with other restaurants of equal price range. We all left hungry and we are not large people.

When I saw the menu on open table, it looked like it had a nice selection and it looked like a nice restaurant. While the food was tasty, I was amazed at the size of the portion I received. I ordered the branzino, which was a whole fish. I have had this at may other restaurants, so when I say, this fish was less than 1/2 the size of any other fish I ever ordered, it's being compared to at least 10 other high end restaurants. The cost for the fish and an average portion of mixed vegetable was $47. My estimate for the cost to plate my meal was $6. While the wait staff was friendly and attentive, the restaurant should be ashamed to charge what they did for that meal.

Food and experience was terrific, other than our table was up against a beam and the waiter made a big deal out of making separate checks for our party. A bit of sticker shock when the bill came. Appetizer and daily special were way more expensive than we expected. No pricing was explained when the waiter mentioned the specials and they aren't on the menu.

We have loved this restaurant for years- food consistently good. Only complaint is that halibut was overlooked and therefore a little tough. Otherwise our meal was outstanding. The highlight however was the fish soup- the flavors were absolutely amazing . Would order this dish again and again.

We dined at Aquaknox to celebrate my wife's birthday. We love seafood and Aquaknox did not disappoint us. The menu included selections that should meet the tastes of non seafood lovers as well, but all the items we ordered were prepared very well. They also offer a very good wine / cocktail list and the service team was fantastic. It is very spacious dining room with modern / chic decor. The menu prices are probably beyond what a budget conscious person would expect to spend, but it is very much worth a splurge if you are willing to stretch a bit for a high quality fine dining experience.

Restaurant was nice and the food was good, but be sure and ask for mrk price before you order. I ordered the lobster it was market price . All the other main courses where around $55 so i assumed the lobster would be around $80. I was wrong $130 it was an outrages price.

In short, I would not recommend this restaurant. The service was less than desirable and to a certain extent embarrassing as I had selected the restaurant for a business dinner with new investor partners. On three separate occasions, I had to get up and find a server to take drink orders, entrees, and to get a check. The king crab was very good, the oysters were very good. The entrees left a lot more to be desired, especially at the price point. Very cool restaurant in a great location but could have been a lot better.

3 of us had amazing seafood (the Branzino was the best fish I have had in Las Vegas) and the filet looked anazing! Also has the roasted asparagus (green and white) and it was oustanding...didn't need the bernaise which thankfully was served on the side. High noise level made chatting at a table for 4 difficult but that was the only downside.

First of all, Brian our waiter was a badass. We clicked and he made the experience memorable. The manager was good, certainly accommodated our needs, but Brian was the spark.

The location. It is a fine-dining restaurant that has the railing divide between the walkway between the Venetian and the Palazzo and the restaurant. I think they could solidify themselves as a truly upscale restaurant with some aqua themed glass partitions that give it a little more secluded feel. But as it is set up, it just looks like a casual hop-in lunch place. We walked by two days before our reservation and considered cancelling. It just gave the “come in for everyday Pacific inspired food at lunch and leave quickly” feel. I’m very glad we didn’t. One we committed, we were placed in a booth that wascircular, cozy and lined with a curtain. Don’t let the quick fish and chips feel of the place fool you.

The food was great. We ordered the wagyu ribeye with King crab legs and all accoutrements. It was lavish, fantastic, and tasty. Our meal was served on a burled wood platter and was very aesthetically pleasing. Even more pleasing when we ate it.

To sum it up, great food, great service, but cafe appearance. Eat there. Totally worth it. Tip: just order a bottle of wine. We ordered a half bottle, then another. It’s Vegas, no one has to drive. Don’t realize that halfway through the meal like we did.
