This restaurant is a complete rip off. The prices are highly inflated for hotel guests. The worst value is breakfast. The almost inedible buffet selections are $21 per person. Everything else on the breakfast menu is ala carte, and overpriced as well. I do not recommend eating at Seattle Airport Marriott’s Aqua Terra restaurant unless you have money to burn and no sense of taste.
What a delightful surprise that I got the Best Vegetarian cauliflower steak of my life at a Marriot restaurant! Absolutely have recommended to at least 10 people in 2 days! And great wine! Grab a bottle of Dao!
Met here to have dinner with folks staying for the night. It was an amazing experience. Validated parking, so that was easy. Customized our meals. The service was accommodating and incredibly sweet to the little ones I. Our company. Highly recommend
Pricey for the service, menu selection and quality provided. Paying for the convenience of staying in, rather than the food experience they market in the literature.
Great service, delicious meal!
I was here for a conference and made reservations for dinner with a colleague. We had drinks before dinner in their lounge. We shared to appetizers and a salad. The food was great and the service was great! It’s a bit pricey but it is Seattle. I would definitely recommend to anyone staying at the Seattle Airport Marriott to dine at Aqua Terra.
The crab chowder was quite good but the main courses, the cauliflower steak and the seafood pasta were disappointing, bland and uninviting.
OK at best. Service was great, but food nothing special. Very pricey as well.
Entrees cost in the $30 to $40 range which seemed a little expensive for an airport hotel. Burgers were less. I had the veggie flatbread which was very good. However, the menu listed the veggies on it and said there were mushrooms. There were no mushrooms, but instead there was lots of red pepper which I don't like. I told the server and the hostess and neither seemed concerned. I would have thought that there might have been a discount or an offer for a discount off breakfast, since it was clear we were staying at the hotel.
The chairs were comfortable and the room was quiet.
Surprisingly very excellent food! The best steak and service ever! Thanks
Food decent but the service was what was most notable.
Dinner was very good, but nothing out of the ordinary. Sometimes that is just what you want! Prices seem high, but it is a hotel so that is somewhat expected. I would return, but if I had transportation, I might check out other locales.
My Business Partner and I decided to try out this Hotel Restaurant and were mighty glad we did! She ordered Filet and I the Seafood Pasta and bother were excellent.
Great taste and great presentation and the most important............great Service!
We'll be back!
Near airport. Had the salmon which was prepared very well. Good pour on the wine.
We had reservations and were seated promptly. It took about 10 minutes before the waiter Vince greeted us and took our drink order. Drinks were delivered by a different waitperson and then we didn’t see Vince again for 20+ minutes. We were starving but it was obvious that the service wasn’t going to get better so we closed our tab and went to 13 coins. Too bad the service here is so bad, it has an interesting decor.
Go somewhere else if you have a choice!
Wait staff was friendly and warm (Vince and the lady who worked with him at the same time were both awesome!). Food was decent but way overpriced. I was seated at the booth area - the hardware was really old and should be updated.
Serious food menu, great choices and fresh, excellent bar with upscale wine and beer selections
Very very boring and sad food.
Thanksgiving food was good. Our table's server was sweet and kind. But, Aqua Terra needs to get Coustomer service training to few of restaurant staff. All is about Attitude!!
My family liked Aqua Terra restaurant before we experienced bad costumer service. However, we consider to go other restaurant on future holidays.
Stayed in this hotel at the start and the end of our 2 month USA/Canada road trip
so was easier to use this restaurant. Food was great on both occasions for dinner and breakfast
BUT WHY do the entrees come our when you are not finished the appetisers
This happened BOTH times and as past hospitality employees the waiters normally called up the main meals in the kitchen AFTER the appetiser plates were cleared. In nine months in USA
and Canada over the past 3 years we have only experienced this a few times and it takes the gloss off an otherwise good experience.
Very rude man seated us....halibut was not fresh, frozen. The halibut was over-cooked. Very disappointed considering all the good reviews.
We had a wonderful dinner and the staff was outstanding!!! I am wheelchair bound and access was great except the did NOT to valet parking for restaurant, even for handicap. That was the only downfall.
Since I had been out of town and my husband was picking me up at the airport, he made Valentines Day reservations for dinner at the Marriott. Honestly, I wasn't expecting too much. But dinner at Aqua Terra greatly surpassed my expectations.
We shared the filet mignon, which was melt-in-your-mouth tender, and which they were willing to prepare in the way offered on their prix-fixe menu, even though we were ordering from the a la carte, which offered a different preparation.
We also shared the grilled artichoke appetizer -- tasty, but already coated with more oil/butter than I would have preferred -- and a spinach salad, which they nicely offered to split for us.
The service was very attentive. Since we are locals, we were encouraged to walk around the hotel grounds (nicer than what you'd expect at an airport hotel) so we would know what they offered. I must say, I would recommend the Marriott to out-of-town relatives if they needed an overnight stay near the airport.
Out standing meal. Had the seafood pasta special which was excellent
Food is decent for a hotel restaurant, service was great.
Third year we have done Christmas dinner here, we also do Thanksgiving dinners here as well, staff is always great, food is always good, plenty of variety, hot food is always hot, cold food always cold, we have never felt rushed, even if we came late.
