   The vibes were great but the service was less than ideal. It comes across as a high-end restaurant that caters to the best of the best, but the service is subpar. It was my second time dining here. The first time was shortly after it opened and I had a similar experience with the service but I was hoping it had improved since it’s been open for a few months now. They need to step up the service so that it matches what the restaurant appears to offer.

   It was a great dining experience. I definitely want to return on a Friday or Saturday experience the restaurant and party like when it’s like full ambience. The restaurant overall amazing and blessed. The food was to die for. I had an amazing service with a server by the name of Yanuel; amazing great customer service, very attentive and great personality. If you’re looking for vibes and great food, this is the place to be

   The restaurant is beautiful, the music is great but the food isn’t that good

   Great place, excellent food,but don’t think an about having a conversation in there. It’s very loud music playing, so you need to be aware of it. Service and food quality were great though!

   Our waiter Laura was the best, we order everything she recommended, and everything was delicious. Good ambience, great service, and delicious food. Will highly recommend

   We had a great overall experience at this beautifully designed restaurant. The ambiance is stunning — elegant yet inviting, with a spacious main dining area, a stylish bar, private rooms, and even a hidden omakase bar. The bathrooms were clean and large, and the overall space feels thoughtfully laid out. Can’t wait to come back in the evening — the DJ booth and vibe seem perfect for a fun dinner scene. The food was flavorful and inventive. We started with the fried zucchini appetizer — the aioli was excellent, especially with the chili touch, but I personally found the zucchini overly salty (others in my party enjoyed it more). I had the seafood fried rice, which had great flavor but a very small portion of uni and snow crab, especially given the price — and again, the salt level was a bit much for my taste. The standout was the wasabi lobster roll with saffron-infused lobster — absolutely fantastic. As well as the matcha waffle. Service was friendly, though our server seemed a bit new and had to double-check a few menu details. Still, they were attentive and kind. If a lighter hand with salt is used, this place could easily earn a full 5 stars. Still, we’ll definitely be back to experience the evening scene.

   Aqua was too big and too noisy for me personally. Also, a little too pricey.

    Great experience! Service was very professional, attentive, and hospitable. Every dish tried was fantastic…very fresh and well-prepared - the red shrimp carpaccio was phenomenal, salmon/scallop maki delish and very fresh, great seared yellowtail sashimi, and delicious funghi pizza, all paired with a crisp bottle of Gruner! Beautiful vibey atmosphere, music quite loud (didn’t bother us, but may for others). Was pleasantly surprised at the very positive experience all-around given familiarity with Aqua living in Hong Kong 10+ years ago…thought it’d be played out and overpriced for subpar quality, but it was quite the opposite!
