Amazing must see for those visiting Guam. Dinner guests and Sunday Brunchers can indulge in a plentiful buffet and live cooking stations with free-flowing specials for the ultimate indulgence. Incredible buffet dinner with standout seafood! The selection was fantastic, but the seafood truly stole the show—fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. From juicy shrimp, mussels and crab legs, every bite was a treat. The buffet was well-organized, clean, and constantly replenished. On top of that, Emma was very attentive, making the whole experience even better. Highly recommend for seafood lovers and anyone looking for a top-tier buffet night!

I was utterly disappointed. On 06/23, it was supposed to be a very special 35th wedding anniversary dinner for me and my wife on your Korean-Themed night. There was never any kalbi (always running out, only bones available), and the Prime Rib was only about 6" long, so your server was slicing them in paper-thin slizes. The place was hot and I was sweating. I always had to hunt down a server to get me a drink or whatever I needed. Never again.

We always enjoy dinner at Aqua, as it has become our go-to location for family celebrations. There's always plenty of options for everyone to choose from. If you have the chance, ask to be seated in Amy's section. Her customer service skills are unmatched!

Attentive staff and the dessert selection were top notch. However, for $95 per adult for brunch, I don’t think it’s worth it due to some issues that could be easily solved. For instance, we were not seated inside the restaurant itself but were diverted to a different restaurant location upon checked in so you would need to walk a short distance to get your food. It would have been nice to know that we would be seated somewhere else to manage expectations when they called to confirm our reservations (Did not get to experience the fantastic views that everyone seem to rave about). Also, Dusit Gold discount is not applicable during special occasions (i.e., Father’s Day). Lastly, food is meh compared to other brunch hotels in Guam. Will return if seating is guaranteed inside the restaurant and food selection are improved.

We visited the Aqua restaurant and were absolutely delighted! The food was delicious – everything was fresh, beautifully presented, and full of refined flavors. The service was top-notch: the staff were polite, attentive, and friendly. The atmosphere was cozy and perfect for a relaxing meal. We’ll definitely be coming back and recommending it to our friends!

“Drink servers” were not accommodating, some are downright rude and racist. It was hot and seems A/C was not working well. As we were leaving one server asked my companion if we already paid, well, I actually went directly to the cashier to pay as one server can not be bothered when I wanted to ask for the bill. Folks in the front, the Hostesses and the Cashier were very nice.
