    Aqua is usually good but this time the foos if not up to par. Limited good main course. Main course, salmon was dry, the chicken was overcooked, and the rest of the food was marginal. Service was also not as good. Seems they were short staffed. Overall disappointed. Hopefully, good service and food will resume soon.

    On Sunday, 26 November 2023, all of a sudden, A/C was not working along the side of the windows. Not only can't enjoy the view but also the food, just darn too hot.

    We ate Thanksgiving Brunch at 12:30 p.m. At first, the receptionist wanted to put us in the other room around the corner. I said no that my family and I made reservations to eat inside Aqua. The reception put us in a comfortable table with beautiful views. They had three empty tables so it made me wonder why they wanted us in the other room. The service was poor. We did not receive water refills and my spouse did not get mimosa refills. Normally, the service is amazing! They had plenty of servers this day, but would pass up our table. The food was plentiful and the lobster was good. In past occasions, the lobster was so delicious, but this time it was mostly overcooked. The server of the Turkey gave me a teaspoon and one half of bits and pieces of dark Turkey. I thought it was strange. The mashed potatoes were delicious as was the pork belly. The deserts were really good, especially the red velvet cake. Hopefully, next time, we receive better service. Like I said, it was evident they had plenty of servers.

    It was great, just the ribs and beaf stew were too hard. The lemon grass tea, fish cake, and dessert were my favorites. Customer service is amazing. Military discount will be great.

    This visit was a letdown. Food selection and quality have gone down. They ran out of spare ribs, so they brought out ground beef. The veggies, particularly the Brussel sprouts were rubber chewy. The mahi was dry and hard. The ramen didn't taste anything. And the price comes with one glass of beer only. Competitors offer free-flowing beer and wine with high-quality food.

    It was our wedding anniversary. Food was great but after a while, staff forgot about us. Plates stacked & our tea was never refilled. Restaurant was a bit busy so noise was expected. Overall would still come back because the food is always great ❤️

    We were celebrating our anniversary and took the recommendation of a local to try Aqua. I mentioned our anniversary when booking, but we were not acknowledged at all. I felt like I was dining in an upscale cafeteria full of families with little children. All good , but not what I would envision for our occasion. If you enjoy buffet dining and are looking for a family-friendly place, this is it. Would not recommend for a romantic night out.

    I wanted to eat somewhere where I could see the sunset. The weather improved a little and we were able to see a beautiful sunset. And since my mother's birthday was coming up, I decided to surprise her. It was buffet style and everything was very delicious. I would like to come back in the summer and enjoy the beautiful sunset with my boyfriend next time. Thank you so much for everything. I made some wonderful memories

    Food is okay, not as great as we expect, but the service is terrible. A woman who showed us to a table looked very unhappy. She didn’t even give us a drink menu.

    Everything was great except the food. Food was cold. Even the plain white rice. Had to eat the galbi to get hot food. Mozzarella sticks cold, mushroom soup medium hot, roast beef cold, roast duck cold etc etc

    I've eaten at Aqua many times in the past, they have gone down with the quality of the food somewhat, and the party we sat next to were extremely loud and obnoxious, I wasn't too happy with the experience this time.

    It was our first time dining there for my daughter's 1st birthday and the experience was amazing. The staff was so accommodating, kind and attentive throughout the night. They were always making sure we had what we needed. Definitely will not be our last time dining with them for sure!

    Service was a little slower than usual. The food selection variety was also not as selective as before and food quality was not also up to the normal standard. Could be because the Island is still recovering from the impact of the Typhoon. Atmosphere was pleasant as always. Expect things to get back too normal during the next visit.
