Outstanding service from the host to our server and the manager! The food was fantastic. Our overall experience could not have been any better!
Not good. Very bad service. Didn’t have a plain bagel and just brought an everything one without asking. Coffee was cold. Took forever to get the check.
Food was awesome! Best guacamole we have ever had, crave-worthy! Service was great! Highly recommend!
food was very good. The place was very cold, with a winter storm type of type of temperature.
It was just about a perfect evening. Music, but not too much, some background, but you could talk, tables far enough apart for privacy but not too much. Food - perfectly prepared (Great picanha!) and presented. Waitstaff great (Thank you, Bobby). Chef (Vincent!) stopped out to chat and to speak about the food and about Aqimero. Nice way to celebrate our anniversary.
Richard Sandoval impressed us again. We are fans and repeat visitors to his NYC outposts Maya and Zengo, and have visited his Dubai restaurant Toro Toro. So, we came to Aqimero with some high expectations. We were not disappointed. The lobby of the 100+ year-old Ritz Carlton lobby provides a dramatic backdrop for what is essentially a shared plate/tapas type of experience. The food was amazing, as was the service. I highly recommend sharing-- we had the charred romaine, 3 anticuchos (skewers, ~1.5 oz or 3 pieces each)-- hanger steak with chimichurri, chicken, and queijo coalho, the stuffed poblano, and the street corn tostadas-- all of which were amazing and more than enough food for two people. We ended with the Banana Pudding, which we couldn't finish but gladly took with us. I would highly recommend Aqimero, whether you are staying at the hotel or not.
$100+ tab for two without drinking alcohol. Tasty food. Small quantities.
My husband and I dined here while staying at the Ritz. We went on a Saturday evening and it was practically empty. The food was very good, but the prices were a bit high especially on the wine, which was a very skimpy poor for the price tag. Service was good and we especially liked the host who was friendly, energetic and aimed to please.
Service at the Ritz overall is exceptional, but you get what you pay for. It needs to be when you are paying top dollar for nearly everything.
Mary & Mary took great care of us! Excellent service, food & ambience- will definitely return!
Excellent food and service.
After a day of travel it was a good alternative to have a very good restaurant in the hotel, rather than venturing out on a rainy evening. The service and food was very good.
The ambiance great, the food was delicious, and service was good a bit slow but the staff was warm and friendly. Over all I enjoyed it.
We ( including 2 young grandsons) went for Father’s Day brunch and it was spectacular. The menu included the normal brunch offerings but with a creative twist. Service was great and they were so nice to the boys
Very classy brunch spot! You cannot beat the price!
Brunch and Bubbles is totally worth it. Cinnamon rolls are amazing. Best huevos rancheros I've ever had. Wife loves the avocado toast too.
This restaurant never disappoints! The guacamole with spicy crab, the octopus appetizer is awesome with the caramel sauce and the veal chop is juicy and flavorful. My husband loved his scallop entree as well.
Very attentive staff, able to get us to our show on time. Food was excellent.
Amazing food and service
The food and service was amazing!!! Our server Daniel was so great!! I definitely recommend the endless brunch and bubbles
Beautiful setting, fabulous bar, enjoyable food, pleasant service.
This brunch is one of the best that I have experienced!
Everything was great, power lunch is perfect.
My seared ahi tuna came out way over done as did my fiancé’s steak. She order her steak medium rare and it came out well done. Worst $45 steak of all time. The place was almost completely empty too so there should have been no reason for the food to come out less than perfect.
Great food and service. Ambience and noise not so great.
Favorite place when I'm staying at the Ritz, great restaurant hotel to either eat alone or with work colleagues. The setting is nice, food is good, service is great.
The service was amazing and so was the food. The building itself is gorgeous.
The food was delicious and beautifully presented! The service tended to be a tad slow at times, even though there were only three small tables at the time we were dining. We were celebrating our 11th wedding anniversary, and even though we noted this in our reservation, the server did not acknowledge the occasion in any way, not even to wish us a happy anniversary. I would have expected more thoughtful, personal attention from a restaurant at The Ritz.
The food took quite a long time to come out, but when it did, it was quite good. One of our coworkers ordered a steak medium rare that came out well done, and it took another 30 minutes to receive a new steak. The staff was apologetic, but the distraction was awkward and weird.
The first time I ate here is was fine, this time the service was terrible. I complained all during the meal to try to get a waiter and it took 20 minutes for them to take a drink order and then it was all downhill from there.
It’s a beautiful space but the portions are incredibly small, like ridiculously small for what you pay.
I had to get up and go find the server the pay our bill. I probably wouldn’t go back
The servers missed many requests. They were cordial, but didn't seem very professional. The ambience was really nice, but the food and service was disappointing.
Came here for the $50 endless brunch and had a reservation. All started off well, got our drinks and apps in a timely fashion and were very good. Then it all went downhill. We ordered main courses and after over 45 minutes of waiting and no one coming by we asked about our food. It still didn't show up over 20 minutes later and we had to go so we asked for the check. As the bill came so did one of the meals. Took one bit of the eggs and pulled a piece of plastic out. As great of the value as this brunch sounds it wasn't worth it at the end of the day.
Unorganized and not prepared for the amount of guests. Runner brought us incorrect dish. Long wait for our meal selections. Long wait for drink refills. Served cold coffee. Manager deducted dessert and coffee order without requesting. Bar ran out of ginger beer. Seems to be poorly managed.
Great atmosphere, very elegant venue. The service was top notch and the food expertly prepared.
Do not recommend the Mother's Day brunch. Absolutely the worst in the city. Overpriced for a very average brunch. Not a great service. Very disappointed!
Staff went ABOVE AND BEYOND. They even offered to run out and buy Gluten free bagels for my son, but they made him gluten free French toast from scratch, and he loved it!!! The Mother’s Day brunch was delicious!!
Management and staff were extremely friendly, courteous and went above and beyond to make our experience memorable. The food and drinks were exceptional and we are definitely going back.
Lovely place But horrible wait staff service.
Waitress was nowhere to be found while waiting 30 min to give orders. Ordered Omelette with bacon & jalapeño. When omelette was delivered, no bacon & regular pepper instead of jalapeño. Ended up returning the omelette.
At the end, at conclusion of meal, waited another 30 min for the waitress bring the check
Food was amazing! Our server was awesome!!! Great 40th birthday dinner for my husband!
