   The pre set Mother’s Day menu wasn’t good at all! Services was slower than usual/expected, just not entirely satisfied with the foods outcome was a poor experience here.

   We pre paid for the Mother's Day Experience. The food was ok but the service was awful--huge time gaps between courses and they were very obviously understaffed in the kitchen. Definitely will not be returning. Not an Experience you would expect at The Ritz.

   We dined the Mother’s Day brunch. We were told there were a little behind schedule and it definitely was noticeable despite everyone’s effort. Here’s an idea: Don’t overbook. People pay good money to dine here so don’t shortchange the quality of service. The overall food and drinks exceeded our expectations and the ambiance was cozy and sophisticated.

   We had a 1:15pm reservation for the brunch. The front desk team was totally throwing an attitude and finally was able to keep us seated at 2:20pm after we reaching out to see if they can serve first course in the lounge area. There was one manager who was sweet and spoke empathetically of the situation as we had kids. I wouldn’t suggest for any to celebrate the special day worth $600 here ever again!

   Went for brunch on Saturday; burger was phenomenal and my pancakes were delicious.

   It took a while to secure a reservation online, but once I did, minor changes were accepted. It is a bit pricey, but I guess you pay for the location and the name.

    Food is good, service is slow. Also one bus woman kept trying to take our plates we were still eating from. Also asked us if we wanted dessert menus before our entrees arrived.
