   Soon as you walk in your are greater with such an amazing view, such a beautiful restaurant. The hostess was fabulous she got us to our table and was an amazing host. Once the food arrived we was ready to dig in, the aroma and aesthetic was too tempting to wait- Although i still managed to take pictures before we ate up all the food. I will say the appetizers were way better than the entrees. Although the entrees were delicious the portions are not worth the amount you are paying. I recommend you get the cheesesteak empanadas as a appetizer, they were AMAZING. Outside of that the whole experience was nice and the staff was top notch.

   The food was fine. The service is what is always most notable and it was lacking. We were served an appetizer to share. Not serving utensils were brought. When I asked for some they brought two knives (there was nothing to cut) and so I asked again and got to forks. They did take our silverware from our appetizer, but when they brought the clean silverware they placed it on the table in a bundle rather than giving the place settings to each person.

   It was fine but certainly not worth the prices. The bagel was similar to the kind from Dunkin’ Donuts or a grocery store. The service was fine. We had to ask multiple times for a coffee refill. It just seemed too pricey for what we got and nothing was outstanding.

   Being a Philly resident, I’ve often passed the Ritz Carlton wondering how it would be like to step inside this known landmark of luxury. I finally went inside with my mom to go to the Mother’s Day brunch. The inside was subpar. As soon as we walked in we were at the hotel lounge/Aqimero restaurant. We were escorted to the left of the lounge where it was dark and the decor did not look like luxury at all. Being that I pre-paid $247 for my mom and I for this brunch I thought the ambience would match and I was very disappointed. I liked the toast they provided. I’m not much of a seafood fan so I didn’t enjoy that course. My lamb chop was okay, I just wish it had more flavor. The sweets they provided were very tiny and my mom and I left hungry. If the ambience was a lot better it would’ve made up for the very light food, but I’ve seen better and tasted better for much less. They had unlimited drinks so maybe that was supposed to make up for everything I guess.

    The food was average, not worth the price and the service was very slow. Highly disappointing since most reviews seem to me positive. Expected much more for a restaurant in the ritz.

    The food was sub par. The chicken in the sandwiches were overdone(rubbery) and was returned. the Turkey club had little meat, The kale salad didnt look or taste like kale and was dissapointing. The soup was tasteless had had to be returned

    Very aesthetically pleasing. The decor and ambience was amazing. The food was delicious. Especially the apps and cocktails. We ordered the tomahawk steak. The presentation was beautiful. However, it was a little over salted. Aside from that, we had a great time. Just be prepared to pay. Our bill was 600 bucks for, drinks, apps and dinner for 4.

    I was celebrating with my dear friend for her birthday and this restaurant was a lovely experience. Our server, Dave, was wonderful. He had great energy and was detailed with the courses and cocktails. The food, also, was refreshing and a fun experience. Will definitely come back and I hope that Dave will be there!

    Beautiful place. Great food. Great service. Our first time ever here, but won’t be our last. Wild thing is I had planned on proposing to my girlfriend mid May, but brought the engagement ring with me knowing that this would possibly be a great place to propose. And sure enough, it was. The moment just felt right after a great meal and great service and boom, just went down to one knee and did it. And she said YES!! So now this place will always have a very big significance for us, which will be just another reason to visit again.

    Brunch for 6 was served at lobby coffee tables? If I had known that we were not sitting at actual dining tables I would not have booked this at over $100 per person. Then it took 45 min to be served the first course of a 4 course fixed brunch menu. Then it took at least 30 min between each course to be served thereafter. The brunch took over 3hrs. The food was good for the most part once we were able to eat. One of the dishes was cold likely waiting for the other dishes to be finished.

    Hi, I had a very horrible experience yesterday. I never go out to eat I thought well let me try something nice with my family. The entrée was freezing cold. The service was terrible the waitress forgot to bring us over utensils and plates. Forgot to being over coffee. Our reservation was at 2pm we did not get our entrée until 4pm the manager came over and said I am so sorry here you go. The Ritz Carlton is suppose to be top of the line I could of got a better meal at the diner. Thank you, Jamie McElhone

    I was actually very disappointed by my experience - it’s the Ritz, you’d expect the highest level of service. They forgot to put in one of my orders, forgot a steak knife for the lamb, waited an hour AFTER we finished eating and didn’t come to check on us yet our waitress’s stand was literally right next to us and kept passing us. It wasn’t until I had to ask her for a dessert menu did she give us any attention, and then the dessert took 30 minutes to come and so had to ask twice for the coffee we ordered. Honestly not worth going.

    It was not worth the money. The food took so long to come out. Once the food arrived we never receive food for each person. They plated it as family style. The waiter spilled drinks on the table, guest, and floor. We had to repeatedly ask for things in order to eat. We never received sugar for coffee, forks to eat( syrup for pancakes. If I’m spending 85+ I want food set in front of me for myself, not everyone else.

    What a lovely setting in an old elegant bank that resembles the Pantheon in Rome. Menu was average but service was great. Nice for a quiet brunch where you can hold a conversation in a beautiful space.

    The food is amazing! Great portions for the money and the presentation/flavors were spot on. Service from all the staff and management was welcoming and up to par with the caché of being located in The Ritz Carlton.     Truly remarkable cooking. The grilled rib eye was perfectly cooked and seasoned w a smoky flavor you can only get from a wood fire. The roasted carrots were next level, charred to delicious perfection. The empanadas were crisp and soft in the inside but delightfully light. Great back

    Brunch started out good but the crab meat was horrible on the toast and the crab cakes were thin and overcooked. The crab was dark and shredded. A restaurant that doesn’t use lump crab shouldn’t have it on their menu at all. Very disappointed.
