Awesome service and food. We really enjoyed our visit thank you for the beautiful experience
First time trying the unlimited brunch and bubbles. It was fun and the food was good. The service was very attentive and very friendly. Would go again.
I enjoyed my reservations here. The $50 Bubbles and Brunch was amazing! There was a minor issue with food delivery to table due to short staff, but overall the experience was enjoyable. Will be back!
Thank you to Stephen, and Steve for accommodating our party which grew larger than I had expected.
Thank you to Jasmine and the rest of the service staff for being so great at what you do.
We all had a great time, and I hope you will have us back.
What a lovely restaurant. I worked in that building years ago when it was a bank. It was fun seeing the transformation. The food was excellent as was the service. I will definitely go back!
This was my second time at aqimero for the brunch special, absolutely worth the money and food is awesome! Who doesn’t love bottomless Bellinis!!!! Will definitely be back!
Aqimero is wonderful and it is one of Senator Williams favorite place to eat in Center City.
We thank you for accommodating him when he is there.
Amazing dining experience. Grilled meats, delicious flavors and beautiful presentation. The service was impeccable and the chef spent time at our table.
Breakfast. They substituted without our consent - skirt steak and Eggs for hangar steak and eggs. Maybe they thought we wouldn’t know the difference between our steaks. Hmmm. . Also eggs with bacon on does not mean I want my eggs on top of my bacon. Seems like the chef could have been in a bit of a rush since we ordered close to the end of breakfast serving. I will add the management did apologize for the steak and did not charge us. And so, we will return and try it again.
A wonderful dining experience. Food was delicious....and an inventive menu
Didn’t love that the restaurant did a locates in lobby and is very loud and noisy lacks ambiance’s
This was my first time to Aquimero. I was impressed. The ambiance is amazing, with views of a domed ceiling and Georgian marbled columns.
In the background you can view the Chef's amazing work with a wood fired oven through a glass wall.
The cocktail menu, appetizers, and dinner selections are varied, but not too many options.
All the drinks were prepared well and delicious
The food was cooked to perfection, including the churrasco board, and cheese steak empanadas.
The dessert selection and existing options could use improvement.
The service was amazing! Our waiter Bobby was great, honestly, he could've been serving me food from Wawa and it would've been a great evening.
My spouse and I celebrated our 11th wedding anniversary and the staff went out their way to procure additional candles to add to our dessert.
The coffee and cappuccino, post dinner, was fantastic as well!
My next visit here will be for Brunch as I've heard that the brunch was great here also.
Phenomenal in every way!
We had Zach as our waiter and he was excellent! They even took our table early. We wanted to keep chatting and I really appreciated that they didn't rush us out. Absolutely love this place. Food was delicious too.
This was my second time to Aqimero, first time for brunch. I highly recommend it, both times both the service and food have been great. Brunch is hard to beat, $50 for unlimited food and brunch drinks. We were a group of four and I think we tried every single thing on the brunch menu, why not when it's all included? The pork belly and chicken/waffles are absolutely delish. We will return!
My family and I had a fabulous time! The food was delicious and the manager on staff helped to take care of us several times when our server was waiting on others. Thank you for the wonderful experience!
Service, food, and atmosphere were all excellent. We will definitely go back
We went on Sunday Feb 16th after staying the night in the Ritz. Service was the worst. We didn’t even get napkins. Both my wife and I used the ones that wrapped the toast when it was delivered. I asked the hostess if they were understaffed and they just ignored me. First impressions make an impact and I won’t ever be back here. Too many good places to eat in Philly. Food was not bad but the prices were not justified
Food was great, but I will make different choices next time.
The Ambiance there is wonderful.
My white russian was just okay, but the Long Island Iced Teas outstanding
I would definitely recommend it.
Endless brunch is just wonderful. Our server Daniel was professional and friendly.
Good Day Louise, Thank you for your kind words regarding Daniel we are lucky to have him on our team, and I will be sure to recognize him for a job well done. We look forward to welcoming you back soon. Regards, John
While this is a lovely place, the service was awful! The food was ok...but not for the price. Will not be going back.
Best Brunch in town.
The octopus was really good but about all other dishes, the just need to step it up to be a restaurant that charges at that level. Preparing scallops at that level requires finesse, one o did not see.
Wonderful dinner, our server Bob was very attentive & patient with our group....unfortunately bartender was not as reliable, had to return a margarita twice until she made it as advertised. Food was delicious & good portion sizes. Enjoyed the tomahawk steak, octopus & crab guacamole the best!
Asked waiter to replace a lukewarm cup of coffee that he had just brought to me and was nicely told it would take ten minutes to make a fresh pot. Ten minutes later he brought back a very strong, bitter tasting cup that seemed to have been heated in a microwave. I don’t recommend the fish tacos -small portion, deep fried along with breaded fried potato sticks.
Great restaurant in the Ritz. The food was awesome, servers were attentive and knowledgeable, and ambiance set it apart for most. Will return!
Loved the server, and his attention to customer service
Really delicious food in a very special setting! It’s a beautiful place to eat, celebrate, and enjoy. We went for restaurant week and really lucked out to have chosen Aqimero. It was a great way to experience such a special place.
Brought my mom out to dinner and she loved it.. our waiter was really nice, he even took the time to go through their restaurant week menu with us. Everything tasted phinominal! Would definitely recommend for a date night or a birthday dinner
it was my birthday and me and my beautiful woman were serviced by a man named Zack, his customer service was super superb, his mannerisms were so proficient and he was very attentive and caring. the food was amazing on both sides from me and my lady, we were amazed at how delicious the food and desserts were. the atmosphere was surprisingly so romantic, beautiful and spiritually sound we are definitely gonna make a return and go for way more. thank you so much!!
Rob was our server. He was great! Very informative and friendly. His food recommendations were perfect and so was the food!
Our server was fantastic and was very accommodating! The food was delicious and served very timely and efficiently. We enjoyed all the bubbly cocktails, and honestly the brunch $50 menu is a steal! Why are not more people aware of this!?
Thanks, we had such a lovely time
The waiter we had was excellent. The food got held up for quite a while but I don’t think we noticed. Still, they were nice enough to comp us some guacamole. The mains ended up coming out perfectly cooked, but both were incredibly salty (thankfully the guac was under seasoned so it did a good job neutralizing the salinity). The atmosphere is somewhat strange being in a hotel lobby, but the hotel is the magnificent Philadelphia ritz-Carlton, and so it’s still beautiful despite being a little strange. I’d definitely go back. Just a few small qualms I had with the experience.
Beautiful and relaxing elegance. We started the evening with a drink in the sophisticated but relaxing lounge. We could have sat there comfortably for hours. Loved the decor and the comfortable seating. Quiet areas for conversation. Beautiful light “show” on the ceiling.
Had dinner in the restaurant for Restaurant Week. The menu was good and the portions were moderate yet filling. The service was very friendly and attentive. Will definitely go back.
Love love LOVE!
I went there on a Tuesday night for a first date. I had never been to the Ritz Carlton so the lobby is beautiful and a nice place to grab a cocktail before dinner. As I had never been to Aqimero before, I assumed it was a separate enclosure from the lobby but it turns out it isn't...it's simply located on one side of the lobby with pillars separating it from the main area. That being said, the noise level is acceptable because the ceilings are 200 ft tall and it still fee's cool / intimate despite the setting. Good first date place.
We shared food from small plates and anticuchos - (skewers) - we had the tuna tartare and ceviche from the small plates which were amazing and then the hanger steak and lamb sirloin skewers - the meat was extremely flavorful and tender - maybe a bit too undercooked, but it's all preference so just let them know when you order. The portions were great and we actually had to cancel our prawns order as we were full after sharing the four plates. Service was attentive - what you would expect from the Ritz and we had a great time.
Highly recommend for a fun first date that's classy and cool.
We went for restaurant week and a birthday. Service was excellent. I’m not a real fan of wood fired, aka somewhat burnt on the outside with a smoky flavor food, but It was great to “try out” this restaurant nonetheless.
I had high expectations for a restaurant chosen to take real estate within the Ritz Carlton. Aqimero delivered an average performance. Now, I will say I engaged in the Restaurant Week menu, but I do not think this is an excuse to serve “okay” food. Aqimero is a beautiful restaurant with semi open kitchen and high ceilings. Our waiter was knowledgable on the menu, but a little too enthusiatic and talkative for the feel of the place. First course was a charred romaine salad - decent, would’ve been one step better if it was seasoned properly. Second course, poisson or full chicken - lacked flavor and served with too many sliced chilis (one and your entire mouth is fried). Dessert - the chocotorte and the biggest disappointment. I always say a dessert is what seals the meal and answers the question “will I come back or not?”. This dessert definitely answered the question - I will not be going back. The layers of cookie and cream cheese was so bland that during comsumption, I was questioning my own palate and wondering if my brain was having a lapse. In summary, the food lacked refinement - what turns an average performance to a memorable one.
Amazing!! We had the ceviche, stuffed poblano pepper, and shared the fish of the day - they brought it to our table prior to preparing it. Everything we had was so delicious, we cannot wait to return. The service was impeccable, and the manager, Gabe, personally came to the table to introduce himself and welcome us. It's in the lobby of the Ritz Carlton hotel, off to the side, so you're not sitting at the bar and you can watch the chef cook your meal through a large glass wall. Definitely recommend!
