Stafford our server was awesome. Very attentive. The food was Devine. The burger was fantastic without any condiments. It was that good!

Food bad , over cooked took 40 minutes . Tried breakfast in morning and the eggs Benny had so much vinegar in it you could smell it. Hotel is great food was miserable . Service and attempt to make it right , staff was amazing and nice.
service is slow but food is great and atmosphere is good too. The servers are very kind and knowledgeable it just takes a long time for your food to come out to you. Would not recommend for a lunch hour.

A few too many interruptions from our waitress disallowed deep convo. (That and planes take off every 5-7 minutes right next to you....which is very cool, but somewhat loud.) She was very nice though!

Not many menu options. Steak was low quality and had zero flavor. Found myself adding salt and pepper with every bite. My date had the trout which was over cooked. Neither was worth the price. The crab cake appetizer was nothing to remember either (probably frozen/microwaved). Service was decent but not remarkable. Our server and I had to guess at whether or not the cook would be able to get the steak temperature right. He wasn't very confident in him getting it medium so we went medium/rare to give him room to get close. In the end it didn't really matter as the steak was tasteless. Wine poor was disappointing and food took longer than I expected considering the restaurant was almost empty. Nice looking place but I wont be back.
We enjoyed sitting outside and our waiter was very attentive and kind. The food was good, but expensive for what we got. Overall though, a nice experience.
We stayed at the hotel this restaurant is located inside of. Great food and service! Agnes was our server and she was truly delightful. She provided great service and recommended the dish I ordered which turned out to be delicious. It was a pasta that I now can't remember what it's called. Would definitely recommend coming here for dinner.

we really enjoy eating lunch at Apron -except the kitchen seems slow and it takes a long time to get out meal. We can't go there unless we have at least 90 minutes for lunch, so we don't eat there as much as we would like to.
Worst dining experience. Our female server had the NERVE to ask for a slice of the birthday cake. We gave it to her - appalled to say the least - but wondered why would an employee of the restaurant even ask that?
The server disappeared repeatedly and we were told that she was "in dispose", whatever that meant. They were out of one of the popular dishes - branzino - as well as the octopus appetizer. The Greek Salad tasted rancid, the crab cake was a 3 out of 10 and the steak, despite being requested as medium, came out as well done and had to be recooked. The restaurant was empty. Now I know why. Back to 356. Never again at this one in the Solis Hotel. They need to CLOSE THIS ONE AND START OVER.

Not quite there. Apron clearly has aspirations of being a very good restaurant and the menu is strong, and service is good. But my wife’s lamb was over-cooked a lot and my steak was a bit over-done. The mashed potatoes had been sitting too long and had developed a skin. The Brussels sprouts were the surprising highlight of my meal. Oh- the bread was quite good. I will say that the breakfast they produced for room service were exceptionally good!

Service is great. Waitresses have always been very attentive. The crab cakes were very bready and there was too much sauce with my fish so that's why I didn't give five stars. My friend got the beef pappradeli and loved it.
I stumbled across this place online when someone else posted about it. I wasn't even aware that they had built a hotel on the Porsche Experience campus... let alone added another restaurant and a rooftop lounge.
I made reservations online because I wanted to make sure there would be no issues with seating. I pulled up and was somewhat confused by the parking but valet is recommended.
Upon entry into Solis (which is where the restaurant is housed), I was thoroughly impressed. The decor was absolutely chic and beautiful filled with hues of teal and champagne. The front desk staff greeted me and were very engaging. Walked into Apron and the decor did not disappoint. It looks amazing. For a picky eater like me... the menu didn't offer much selection since I do not eat seafood. However, LET ME TELL YOU... I ordered the Caesar salad minus the anchovies and I substituted the normal dressing for white vinagrette (mouth waters). Hands down, best salad I ever had in my entire life. For my entree, I had the NY Strip accompanied with brussel sprouts and brown butter mashed potatoes. I need you all to hear me as I type this...this steak can definitely compete with any of the true steakhouses in Atlanta. Everything on the plate was scrumptious. If it wasn't country to lick the plate, I probably would have LOL! The chef came out to greet us and thank us for coming out. That is something I can surely appreciate. My server was awesome too. I cannot recall his name but wait ... I still have the receipt. FOUND IT! His name was Whitfield. Loved him! Will return and ask for him by name. He was helpful with answering my questions and he is the reason I decided to try sprouts for the first time ever in life. THANKS Whitfield!!
Bottom line... GO! You will be glad you did. Oh and the rooftop has live music on certain nights... GO! Why are you still here reading this? You should be on your way to Apron! :)
The food was delicious, and our server was wonderful. She truly knew the menu and went out of her way to explain everything to us. Prompt service, and we'll be using it again for dinner!
What a nice dinner for Fathers Day. Reservation was easy on OpenTable and the place was deserted. Osso Bucco was special. Sea bass was exceptional. Angus burger is huge but missing something (as good as the sauces on the other items were in surprised there wasn’t something on the burger.) Best of all was our server Agnes who had that rare blend of personality and professionalism. Highly recommended.

Went for a business lunch for our first visit. Only 2 tables seated in the restaurant, no hostess and the two servers appeared unorganized. Service got better, however it wasn’t pretty off the start. Food was hot and enjoyable. The calamari appetizer was cooked perfect and delicious. Worth a second try.
My husband and I stayed at Solis hotel for 2 nights for the 70 th Anniversary of Porsche. For convenience sake, we ate at Apron one night. Menu had some options for me as I am a very picky eater. I do not live in ATL so the prices were very high for me compared to what I'm used to paying. We spent about $100 for a meal with 2 alcoholic drinks, included was 1 appetizer. I've spent $100 at better fine dining restraurants. If your staying at the hotel and don't want to drive this place is an option. We preferred the Overdrive Lounge upstairs. The food was rather bland. I had the chicken, and the best thing on the plate were the carrots. Just flavor wasn't there for me. Things were cooked properly and hot. Cocktail menu could be more expansive. My husband had the trout and he did enjoy it. So overall, expensive and food was ok. Note, plates are not oversized, which I like. I could finish my whole plate and it feel like I'm going to explode. We had the hummus app which was pretty good.

Great atmosphere and service out of this world.... but the food was bland and no flavor. I order the lamb and it was tough and the portion was small. My co-workers ordered the ribeye steak and they all say it was flavorless with an odd tasting sauce and the mash potatoes were sour.
I would only go back for cocktails... the Carl Graff Riesling was AWESOME!
Personable staff with excellent service. Menu has nice variety. Good variety on beer, wine, and spirits. Even have local brewery offering. Gnocchi very good. Steak very good. Mango sorbet amazing. Carbonara was sent back.
The food was just average. Our server was pleasant. Not busy for a Saturday night. Really liked the rooftop bar Overdrive better.
I expected a better food selection and option to some alter ingredients and not a prepackaged meal as one would expect from a chain restaurant. My companion stated that the steak was fair but was also had higher expectations. The appetizers were good, and the atmosphere was good. I would recommend only for the view and the experience, not for the food.
Went to the restaurant based on prior reviews and glad we did. The restaurant was not crowded and we were seated at once. Our server was very pleasant and attentive. The decor was nicely done and the food was excellent. Portions were not too large. Will definitely go back.
