担当サバーを探すのが大変だった、飲み物の追加など注文するとき。we have to wait for our waiter for another drink and extra food order or desert order. He has a lot of table to take care than other waiters
Very nice waiter. Good service!
Not for families. Weird menu
Although we have a reservation, they tried to seat us way in the back next to the restrooms past the many open tables in the front. The food drinks and service were fine.
The hanger steak was one of the most fantastic meals we ever head - however the kids mene needs to have a real vegetable in the menu as there is nothing
See you next time !
Incredible small shrimp cocktail at $3.50 a piece. Burnt noodle dish and worst margarita pizza with zero fresh tomato or basil. HOWEVER, smoked salmon pizza with ikura and sour cream was very good
Amazing restaurant. I recommend it! The food is really good. We come from Europe and we love it!
It was awful restaurant. I'll never come back again.
Good food but very loud live music
Food was great. We had.a pizza, Cesar salad with prawns and the garlic prawns and it was very tasty! Nicolas our server was attentive and courteous. Atmosphere was quiet but nice and decor is good.
A friend and I read an article in the Pacific Business News and were intrigued. We weren't disappointed.
The food was great, but what most stood out the most for us was the service. Our waiter Nicolas was very attentive and helpful with our wine choices. Other servers also stopped by to check on us as well. We've already recommended Appetito to some of our friends. We look forward to our next visit.
We needed a warm and relatively quiet spot for dinner with another couple. Requested a quieter seating area, and got a very nice table against a wall. Two of us ordered pizzas, they were delicious except mine wasn’t really hot (maybe the plates weren’t warmed? - that made the crust get a bit soggy). Pizza knives would have helped, a little challenging to cut with regular knives, but then we’ve only seen those in Europe (and at our house). Very nice selection, we had a Cotes de Rhône that paired well with the pizzas and pasta bolognese, the pasta got rave reviews. Would we return? Definitely - and unlike so many, we are not great fans of Italian cuisine, so I don’t say this just because any Italian restaurant would make us happy.
This restaurant is off the main drag in Waikiki. Nice open atmosphere with friendly staff. Good selection of wines from all over. The food selection was interesting but nothing crazy. We had 2 apps and a pizza all were very well prepared and tasty. Tip: if you get the white bean hummus and have hummus left save it and dip your pizza crust in it. This came from one of the servers, spot on it was delicious. Would I eat here again? Yes and I would direct people that way if they are looking for good wine and pizza, it has middle of the road prices for Waikiki.
This turned into a very good last minute choice. Not fancy and the staff runs the house well. Not thanks to a manager who only seemed interested in hanging near the two hostesses at the doorway. He did walk around with a prop raised brow, but never looked at the diners or asked how things were.
We also went for breakfast.... don't bother. Fairly skeleton staff in the morning hours. Uninspired menu and not a recommendation by me.
I would go again for dinner. Good pizza, great apps.
Delicious handcrafted pizzas. Pizza margherita and fungi we're enjoyed by our group. Nice wine list, friendly, knowledgeable servers. Loved watching the open pizza oven in action cooking those great pizzas. Nice ambiance, though a little noisy with so many people present. Make a reservation in this popular place, you won't regret it.
We had the Valentines Day Special. We both LOVED IT. Can't wait for next year. This was my place to go.
Great little restaurant with fresh food and great wine. The service is amazing and everything is so tasty and well presented.
Highly recommend! We did the San Valentino set menu to celebrate Galentine’s Day and it did not disappoint! It was simply sublime! The service was fantastic, ambiance incredible, just overall great experience!
We loved the food and speed of service here! It was Valentine’s Day and were not aware that Happy Hour was wasn’t going to taste place, this would’ve been nice to know but nonetheless enjoyed our time! Their beer taps were also down so it bummed one of us out but we opted a bottle of wine instead. Will be back for Happy Hour on a typical dining day.
Service was friendly and attentive, but forgot a few things we ordered. But that happens. Food was good. Slightly higher in price die to the convenient location in waikiki. I enjoy coming here for breakfast and dinner alike.
Good food and wine friendly service
We went to Appetito for dinner on a Saturday night. It is a lively, but not excessively noisy, bar/restaurant with good energy and excellent service. Velma, our primary server, was friendly and attentive despite covering numerous tables. My wife ordered the margherita pizza and I had the roasted vegetable pizza. One pie is large enough to share, perhaps along with a salad, but small enough for one hungry person. We were famished and finished our pies, which had thin crust with the subtle taste of a pizza oven fueled by kiawe wood. The margherita pizza was exquisite in its simplicity, as it should be, and executed flawlessly. My roasted veggie pizza needed a bit more salt, but I solved that minor issue with a few sprinkles of parmesan. The mushrooms also were in short supply, but this was a minor issue. I asked for a side salad, but they serve only dinner salads; however, my pizza was covered with arugula, which filled the salad void, while adding an herbaceous and peppery element. My wife drank moscato, which she enjoyed enough to order a second glass. I had Aloha Blond Ale, which was light, yet tasty, and a perfect complement to the pizza. The wine and beer lists have something for everyone, although some of the wines seem a tad overpriced even by Waikiki standards. There's a lot to like about Appetito. We would return there if we lived on Oahu and recommend it to other visitors in Waikiki.
We had high hopes for Appetito, but found their pizzas rather bland and uninteresting, with very little herbs or spicing. Topping(s) were a thin layer, and when one portion was lifted, thin liquid would seep/drip from it, onto the serving platter. One of our foursome found it simpler to pinch the topping from the pizza and leave the crust on the plate.
Meatball appetizer delivered THREE meatballs.... to our table of four people. This seemed a bit of an unpleasant set-up, particularly when the waitress swiftly offered to bring a second plate of three meatballs. Wouldn't it be more sensible to make them a wee bit smaller, and put 4 on a plate?
Staff were fine, but due to the disappointing pizzas, we would not return.
I was very happy with the food, service and atmosphere. Parking was easy, $6 For 4 hours with validation.
We had group of 27 , that seated in the back area which was perfect gave us some privacy and perfectly accommodated the group , the service was attentive and helpful.
With group this large there were minor issues with the food delivery timing , but overall it was a very pleasant evening and we'd definitely go back there
お食事も ピザ マッシュルームのフライ サーモングリル等頂きましたが、どれも美味しく 盛り付けも素敵でした。
We asked for A quiet table in the corner for not only a death but tall gentleman and they were very complementary and give us the perfect.
Best authentic Italian pizza. Best pizza period.
Italian restaurant with no garlic bread and no bruschetta.
Service was average, and value for money was poor.
$120 for a pizza, a pasta, chicken nuggets and 2 wines. Please!!!
The Caesar salad was singed!! I have never seen lettuce with burn marks before! The salami pizza was OK but the other pizza we ordered came cold to the table. The waitress brought it back to be warmed up but it still wasn’t hot. The ambiance was NOISY- impossible to have a conversation.
