Nous n avons pas pu manger au aposto, malgrès le fait que notre réservation ai été confirmée par mail, le restaurant était en fait fermé. Nous n avons pas été prévenus.... je suis très mécontente, pourquoi confirmer une réservation un soir de fermeture????

Charming, efficient and friendly service. Apologetic when service slowed down due to high diners frequency. Tasty food, great variety. Perfect location if you enjoy the hustle and bustle of city center and want to watch a movie in the adjoining cinema.

Waren vor unseren Kinobesuch dort. Nettes Atmosphäre und nette Leute! Pizza war lecker! Waren montags da und es gab eine 50cm Pizza 😁 für zwei.

Wir mussten sehr lange warten bist erstmal ein Kellner unsere Bestellung aufnehmen konnte. Nach 20 Minuten hatten wir dann unsere Getränke. 45 Minuten später fragten wir nach unserem Essen. Es wurde vergessen, man entschuldigte sich aber und sagte uns es sei in 10-15 Minuten fertig. Nach 20 Minuten fragten wir erneut nach. Daraufhin prüfte der „Schichtleiter“ unsere Anfrage und stellte fest, dass die Bestellung erneut untergegangen war. Nach 1 1/2 Stunden verließen wir also das Restaurant (da wir Kinotickets hatten), ohne gegessen zu haben und sehr enttäuscht von dem schlechten Service und überforderten Kellnern

Unfortunately the Pasta was a disaster. The food arrangements seem very interesting and thoughtful but the result is mostly disappointing. Only good thing is Pizza day (I think on mondays). Service personal is often incapable of keeping a minimum level of service. It's actually quite sad since I've seen better Aposto's before (franchise) and this one is in a very good location and should try to do better. I still got hope.
