Position yourself looking directly out over pit straight and starting grid and enjoy the industrial chic interior, allow our charismatic staff and surrounds to be the perfect pairing to the fresh taste of our food and beverage offering.

Our aim is simple… Offer a traditional Australian menu that surprises in its quality and refinement. We work closely with our suppliers to test and choose high quality ingredients that make your eating experience the best in the region.     Service could do with improving with long wait times for meals and did not get offered any more drinks or water, meals were reasonable and nothing to complain about here. Great view of the track and overall feel was very nice.

    Efficient and friendly service. My husbands meal was put through incorrectly but was quickly corrected with the right meal. We were given a 15% discount off our total bill which wasn’t expected but certainly appreciated. Food was very tasty and fresh.

    Our dinner at Apex Bar X and Dining at Rydges Pit Lane Hotel was outstanding. The fillet Mignon's we ordered were melt in the mouth tender and the homemade sticky date pudding was the best I have had with lashings of butterscotch sauce. The staff were attentive and friendly and we thoroughly recommend this restaurant. We will certainly be back again the next time we are down this way.

    First time here, good food was quick to come out it seems busy too many flies at window
