   Honest opinion: The food here is excellent, no doubt. But the service is rushed and overly focused on quick table turnover, which takes away from the experience—especially at this price point. The first time I visited (with a party of four), I made reservations a week in advance. The place was busy, which we expected. However, we were asked to order the moment we sat down—even before cocktails. Despite asking to start with drinks, they insisted we order right away. We gave in, and the food came out immediately. Less than an hour later, we were told to wrap up because they needed the table—for a $400+ meal, that left us all frustrated. I gave it another shot recently with my mother and daughter. The place was nearly empty, and again, while the food was fantastic, the pressure to order quickly was still there. Our server—who was kind—asked us three times for our entrée order before our appetizer had even arrived. When I said, “Don’t rush me,” she backed off, but it felt clear the pressure was coming from management. It's disappointing because this could be a top-tier experience if they prioritized the guest over squeezing in an extra table or two. Others I’ve dined with have said they won’t return for the same reason. I want this place to succeed, but they need to recognize where their money comes from—hardworking people looking to enjoy a special night out. There’s plenty of competition willing to offer the same quality of food with a little more respect.

   The service is great from the servers to the busboy. Food is very average. Great ambiance and outdoor seating It's worth a try.

   Last night's dinner at Aozora was a delight. The sushi was incredibly fresh and flavorful, complemented by excellent service and delicious drinks, all within a wonderful and inviting ambiance. It was a truly fantastic dining experience, my favorite bay area sushi!

   Excellent food.We ordered habachi sashimi ,crispy tuna roll ,double hamachi roll,and shrimp tempura rolls.Sashimi ,shrimp tempura and crispy tuna roll were the best dishes. .Enjoyed the meal.Will return. Service was prompt.Ambience was good.
