    Lovely atmosphere, convenient and within the Hotel Nikko. Food was delicious with a wide variety of choices. Breakfast offered a buffet of American and Japanese food as well as individual menu options. Service was fantastic and the waitstaff and host weee very friendly and courteous. Highly recommend!

    We had the "special" pre-fix menu before the concert at Feinsteins. It was a delicious 3 course meal with very nice choices for entree. I had the cod which was beautifully presented and cooked to perfection. My friend had the chicken which was served with mushrooms. It was a bargain for $49! Have eaten there before and always find the food and service to be outstanding. Highly recommend it for a central location and enjoyable ambiance.

    Anzu is a favorite dining destination for us. Happy to see some delicious new menu additions. While service was excellent when we arrived, it took almost 30 minutes to get the bill /run a credit card so we could leave. Our server was just spread too thin when the crowds arrived. Frustrating!

    I dine at ANZU often when going to "Feinstein's at the Nikko," located downstairs. The food has gone downhill all while keeping the expensive prices. What kind top-notch restaurant only serves toasted Wonder Bread? The final killer was the absolutely outrageous liquor prices, with a Martini costing $30.00, plus the mandatory 18% service charge. Warning: the restaurant no longer validates parking within the hotel garage. We paid $65 for dinner and show.

    Service VERY slow. Nothing coordinated. Took drink orders for 3. One came immediately, other two 15 minutes later. At same time place order for appetizer to go with drinks. That came 15 minutes after final drinks served. Two minutes later, entrees came. We had not even started our appetizers. Asked for them to be taken back to kitchen and kept warm until we were done. When finally served, they were cold. Not offered dessert menus until asked for it. Kept trying to clear away dishes while we were still eating. So disappointed as it use to be a place to go for a wonderful fusion meal in a lovely dining room. Not going back unfortunately.

    The service was the very best I have ever recieved at any dining experience. The food was also the very best. It was a perfect experience! They include gratuity in the check, and thinking back, I regret that I didn't add more thant the 18% they did. They certainly deserved it. I was confused, since I never recieved this level of service before. Even the person who answered the phone for the hotel was amazing. Thank you, ANZU!

    Food and Service were excellent! We look forward to returning. My 7 year old devoured the Japanese cuisine and looks forward to sharing it the next time with his little brother. He was just telling him about it this morning.

    The sushi Was a bit pricey, however, for the quality of the sushi, the salmon and tuna yellowtail it was well worth it. I got the chef’s sashimi, seven pieces, 28 bucks and it was delicious. I normally never order salmon at a sushi restaurant because it’s either to tough or to fishy. I am very happy to say that the salmon melted in my mouth like butter just as the tuna and yellowtail did.

    We loved our dinner at Anzu before our show at Feinsteins. The service is very professional and the food was delicious. We especially loved the Titus Roll and the Black Cod. This is a delightful restaurant!

    The food and the ambience were wonderful. The service was efficient but extraordinarily friendly and welcoming. We have eaten at ANZU many time and are never disappointed. We attended the Spencer Day performance at Feinstein's following dinner.

    Celebrated my friend’s birthday at Anzu and the service was beyond my expectations. The staff were very attentive and made sure that we were enjoying our time. They also wrote a hand written card to my friend for her birthday which was a pleasant surprise. Our waiter provided exceptional service. For Appetizers we had the Lobster Stir Fry 4/5 We had the Anzu Roll 5/5 Nigiri 5/5 (fish was so fresh) Main Course Waygu NY Strip 3/5 The steak was okay. We had ordered it as medium however it was well-done when served. They offered to remake it but it was the same result. Nonetheless, I really appreciated the staff effort in making sure we were pleased with the food.

    My only negative comment was on the fact I had in the same time my cocktail and my appetizer that’s why I put 4 and not 5 stars. Except this, the food was really good , sashimi, rolls are perfects and the Rock is an unforgettable experience. Service is friendly and efficient and the value for the cost is definitely there.

    Good for folks needing a quiet place. IMHO the food was overpriced. The pork belly I had was dry and overcooked. Flavor was good ok but a bit bland. Seems like a good place for those on a corporate Amex looking to please a general audience which I guess makes sense since it is a hotel restaurant.

    The food was one of the worst I have ever eaten and extremely over priced. The dim sum was hard, and sushi barely had any fish in it. All the buffet items were cold and had no taste. Service tax of 20% was charged when we got no service at all, literally no one came to ask if we wanted anything or serve us water. What a waste of money and time.

    One of the biggest rip offs I've ever been to and it isn't really even a competition. It's not a 1 because the food was actually decent, just upcharged 2-3x 1.5/5. Go somewhere else where they don’t charge you Michelin Star prices for below average food

    We had a wonderful time. The service and ambiance was wonderful. The Hot Rock Waygu Beef was delicious, but very small for the cost. The sushi rolls were good but not the best I’ve ever had, definitely a bit overpriced. Also, if you make reservations you get free valet parking and reserved seating for the lounge downstairs!✨🎶
