Antique Garage Soho
My sons birthday celebration was so special at the antique garage. Loved that the singer sang happy birthday to him. The food and service were excellent
Beet tower salad was delicious with the shrimp skewer. Would order that again. Live music was perfect for the space.
The service was excellent as well as the food and atmosphere. Highly recommend!
Perfect and romantic place for birthdays and anniversary. The vibe from this restaurant was great and beautiful interior! We loved the food and the drinks as well.
Continues to be impossible to get jnto
Live music was not too loud but added to the atmosphere. Service was prompt and attentive. Calamari was excellent and lamb special was very good
Amazing, delicious Turkish meze plates and entrees! Must see & try. Def Recommended!!
They didn’t honor the reservation even though there were 9 empty tables. They tried to send us and others to a sister resto in Tribeca. Not cool.
Lovely space on a warm autumn day with their front window totally open to the street and gorgeous chandeliers and succulent touches on the inside. Service was friendly yet a little slow. Overall a very pleasant experience.
Service and ambiance were good; food was terrible...too salty
Experiencia increíble. Sitio encantador y música en vivo muy buena. Lo único malo es que es un poco caro sobre todo las bebidas pero lo pasamos tan bien que mereció la pena.
Great Jazz music and beautiful setting! Food was delish!
Great place for a weekend brunch. Nice menu selection and wine by the glass as well. Will definitely go back when in NY again.
Sidewalk seating on a great evening in New York. Reasonably priced and delicious!
Lovely cozy atmosphere! Had live jazz music during dinner, food was delicious and super fresh. Great place!
The dripping aircon vents were a little irritating, but always a good vibe with good food.
We celebrated a friend’s birthday party here and it was amazing. Excellent food and service. The decoration and lighting was also unique with a bit of live jazz piano. Can’t wait to come back!
We love this restaurant. I understand that you have opened a second place, but we will always be partial to this location. When we visit NY, this is one of our favorite places to visit. This is a very special place, not know to many out of the area. We have fond memories of spending our Anniversary here. This year it was our 54th Anniversary. Thank you for making it so special. I loved the cucumber Cosmopolitan!!! The dinner was wonderful and your service is always "top drawer". We missed seeing the owner, but understand she was visiting her family for a holiday get-away. Love to you all, Penny and Don Torkington (from Friday Harbor, WA)
Amazing experience as always. My go to place for any occasion.
Our food and our waitress were wonderful. Extremely disappointed with how we were treated by the host when walked in.
We walk in at 10:45 (when our reservation was and the restaurant supposedly opens) and are are told that the restaurant does not open until 11. Meanwhile there is a very attractive European couple very conspicuously drinking and eating at the front of the restaurant. It was very clear that the host did not sit seat us because we were either not beautiful or rich enough in his eyes to eat at the restaurant.
At the very least they need to get an IT guy to update their opening hours in open table and their website. We certainly hope that no other patrons experience this
Way too expensive and not great service
Great food, pleasant atmosphere. Really enjoyed the live piano music and open air feel.
Great food but too noisy.
I really LOVED Antique Garage Soho and would recommend this to all!! I plan to be back. :)
Amazing ambiance, wonderful service, great menu. Jazz wasn’t too loud - we brought our teens- they had a great time too!!!
Food very good. Prices inline with NYC. A bit cramped. Loud.
The Antique Garage was an awesome restaurant to go to on a Saturday night with friends. The dimly lit restaurant set the tone for good conversation. The food was delicious, and there were many options for my GF-intolerant partner. I would definitely come back here!
It really was the perfect first date place. Lovely service, amazing food and drinks. Would absolutely go back here!
My sister and I LOVED this restaurant!!! A gem tucked into an old garage with seating that spills out onto the sidewalk on a quaint SOHO cobblestone street. Food was amazing; a little outside the realm of typical mediterranean fare, but really delicious! There was a jazz pianist to boot which truly topped the whole evening off! Will definitely recommend and go back myself...:))
Outstanding. Staff went out of their way in every respect. Everyone’s dinner was met with praise. Wine list was good even though on the smaller side. Wonderful vibe throughout the evening. Really fun place.
- Tables are set too close so cannot have a comfortable private conversation. To be fair, it's too loud to talk anyway
- I did not enjoy my small salad, or other dishes but and ended up paying 200+ for 2 people. Not sure how that happened
- so not ideal for a date. Perhaps for everyday dining
Went to Antique Garage while in New York with a girlfriend. We went for lunch on a Friday and had a reservation for 12:30. Host was friendly and since the restaurant wasn’t crowded yet he let us pretty much choose our table. Our waiter was so kind and helpful with the menu. We ordered 2 glasses of rose’ and hummus to start. Our waiter could tell we weren’t in the mood for anything too heavy and recommended the special watermelon salad and he pointed out some of his favorites from the menu. We ended up splitting the salad and we shared zucchini rolls which were delicious. The atmosphere and vibe were super cool-we could’ve sat there all afternoon! Lovely lunch in Soho.
Service was a bit slow but the food was good
The staff is pleasant, the ambiance is ecletic and cute however the food is massively overpriced for the quality. I ordered the lamb kabob with vegetables, $34, and the meat was sinewy, bland and unevenly cooked. Service is not great, I didn't see my waiter again after we ordered. I would never recommend this restaurant for cuisine. Have a cocktail and go for the lounge singer they had performing if that's your thing.
Lively environment, delicious food with many gluten-free friendly options.
Friends recommended this place to us as somewhere to listen to Jazz and have amazing food. They were right. If we lived in New York, we would return over and over again.
Nice place to spend a lively evening with friends. Great service, average food.
Great food with solid service in.a relaxed and French bistro setting.
I love Antique Garage's decor and food. The service is friendly. The Soho location is so noisy that it's hard to hear the lovely jazz piano or hold a conversation. I prefer the Tribeca location to listen to music and chat with my dinner partner.
