Absolutely loved everything about this restaurant ❤️
This may be the most over-priced restaurant I have ever dined at. Food is fine but at least 30% too expensive for what it is.
Very bad quality of service and rude waitress wring charges
Incredible vibes for brunch with jazz music. One of the best mezze plates I’ve had in NYC.
Great from start to finish. The table we were waiting for took longer to finish than expected, but they gave everybody in our party a complementary glass of champagne as we waited. A very nice touch that made the whole experience enjoyable even though we had to wait for a table. The food was excellent and the service was perfect. Excellent spot, we will definitely be back.
Best food, best service
Great food and fantastic place. Nice live music at night.
Great location with parking garage across the street. Food was very Mediterranean and menu was heavily lamb based- not what we remembered from on line viewing. Pita is excellent as was the Mediterranean appetizer platter with hummus, Taziki etc. Portions were good size except for the over easy eggs and sausage- 2 eggs and a few pieces of sausage was a bit disappointing. Overall, very good , even better if you like lamb!
The best brunch/dinner in the city!!
Gem... Food delish atmosphere service Highly recommend We will be back again
Food was great and piano player was excellent! Service was a little slow, and like many NY places the seating was cramped. Regardless, we would definitely return!
The atmosphere was fun and the food was tasty. Great wine choices and live piano. Romantic for a post Valentines Day lunch.
Food was good
Great place to dinner and enjoy a couple of drinks with live piano music
The service was attentive. The food is great if you like Mediterranean style food. Ambience is great.
My Omelet was burnt and there is a piano player that takes over this small room. You have to yell to talk over the piano. The people are very nice and attentive.
What a cool funky looking Mediterranean spot. We were so looking forward to dining here and the food (perfect calamari, shaved fennel salad, and Sultan’s Delight were terrific, HOWEVER, there was music, basically LOUD music - base, piano and drums, that at times overwhelmed all attempts at conversation. I imagine the sound level at this charming place is loud most nights even without the combo. Did not find the staff particularly attentive.
rushed us out of there.
Great food and ambiance! Highly recommend!
Location, atmosphere, and food were all equally outstanding! Will definitely return, possibly with a group of friends next time.
This is my go to place for a lunch meeting in SOHO. Fresh food, beautiful atmosphere and turkish coffee.
I am in heaven.
A very pleasant experience with good food, nice low volume jazz combo and good service. This place has been around for a while and there is good reason for that. The prices and menu choices are good with plenty of variety and the wine and drinks are reasonably priced. A very good spot for a healthy and tasty meal.
I really liked this restaurants’ food, particularly Adana kebap, however the prices are going up and up everytime I go there. Quality isn’t going up but prices are, hope they find a better balance.
Excellent food. Nice decoration and atmosphere.
They were so amazing and accommodating for our large party and with a celiac eater. Cannot say enough amazing things!
The food is fantastic. However, the noise level is way too loud. It's hard to have a conversation. You can't enjoy your food because you want to rush out of the restaurant because of the noise. Since you can't hear when you talk to your friends, you tend to talk louder and guess what, everyone else talks louder. Then you hear a piercing trumpet that just makes you want to leave without even finishing your food. I would rather order a take out from this place because their Adana Kebab is really good. I will not dine there again.
Menu changed raising prices on all entrees yet now the entrees exclude sides (which are billed at $8 each). For that price point, you could dine at a top restaurant in Manhattan. Food didn’t taste quite as good either. It’s a shame, used to be one of my favorite spots.
Very nice place. Good food and good wine with nice
Our return to you was a is appointment. The retro cosyness was gone, looked more like a diner or cafe. The menu didn’t match, you were out of steak. The cooking was also downgraded, as was the bartender. He, waiter and waitress didn’t have the serving attitude we expected. Sorry.
Simple menu with tasty items that are not a rehash of what you can get elsewhere. Service was exceptional. Even with live music playing, I was able to carry on a conversation.
Excellent cuisine, professional service and live music on a Friday night...added up to a wonderful meal. The restaurant is in a cozy, former garage with closely spaced tables and a lively noise level. Probably not the place for a first date, given the decibel level but perfect for a jazz lover/s in the mood for great Turkish food.
Food and service were fantastic.
I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone it’s a must when in New York! The food and the music are just the best !! Never disappoints
Amazing as always
8:45 pm reservation on a Sat nite. Couldn’t seat us until 8:50 pm - we arrived early. Very loud initially. Thankfully, two very loud talkers next to us left and it was perfect. Lovely jazz trio! Food and service were great. A bit pricey. Not an every night place.
Went for a birthday, very helpful and accommodating staff, great food!
We called the restaurant in advance to see if they were serving a traditional Thanksgiving dinner, and they said yes they were. But they did not. We were expecting turkey, but we had to settle for chicken kabobs. The restaurant is lovely, and it's ambiance is the best part. The food was good, but was not worth the price. A piano player was stationed directly behind our table, and it was too loud. Fortunately because I'm a musician I had some ear plugs in my handbag, so put them in my ears. Disappointing.
Pre thanksgiving drink. Loved the shrimp rolls!
