The service was okay. One waiter started to take the order passed it off to another waiter. Waited for our appetizers for a long time, when we checked with the waiter he said the other waiter never put it in!! The pizza was okay! Did not seem authentic, more commercialized. Overall experience was okay ! Expected better food and service

Me and my partner are both 27 and been here 4 nights and wanted to find proper Italian food! And here it is, Great atmosphere, deffo a hidden gem, food authentic Italian , 100% recommend

The meal was nice. Service was good. We had bruscette miste and then gnocchi ragu and coda alla vaccinara. The restaurant is in a quiet alley a couple blocks from Piazza de Popoli. We sat outside which was nice. The only thing I didn’t like was being asked to add a service charge to the bill. I’m American so I’m used to tipping culture, but this was the only time I was asked for this during my entire stay in Rome. I happily tipped a few Euros because everything was great, but I feel like if my wife and I were speaking Italian like native Romans we never would have been asked.

Great little gem in the side streets of Piazza del Popolo. We passed this unassuming restaurant a few times during our stay in Rome and decided on our final night that we would like something close to our hotel after a busy day of sightseeing. What a find! Roman cuisine at its best with a very affordable wine list and delightful staff..

It was a beautiful day in Rome on our last day and were looking for some authentic Roman pasta for our last meal in this great city. This restaurant is located on a quiet side street in the middle of a bustling shopping area, a quiet oasis in the middle of shops, near the Spanish Steps and Piazza del Popolo. We sat outside since it was a beautiful evening and it was perfect. Spaghetti carbonara was fantastic as was the rigatoni allá gricia. Our waitress turned us on to a fantastic local wine, a Matidia Cesanese. Loved it!
