Our go to for a great lunch or dinner, every time!
Menu items were much higher in price than on website. The quality of our meal wasn’t as good as last time and proportions were smaller. We won’t be going back there anytime soon. My Bloody Mary was fantastic as usual though.
Great food, our service was great too! The live music was great as well!!
Food was delicious and the servers were very nice and attentive
Both had rib eye lunch special it was delicious .
Food was not the Anthony’s of old. Ordered special surf and turf. Steak came out with “gravy” on it. I mean who puts gravy on filet mignon? Waitress said they could bread the shrimp, not tea breaded. Husband ordered the prime rib. His comment “well at least the baked potato was good.”
Birthday for my Dad....#84!
The funk of their dry age steak was amazing we were a little disappointed when the bread came out cold and when we asked for it to be warmed up they said they didn't have a way of warming it up. My husband ordered a tea and never got it. Other tables got their au jus over the candle to keep it warm where ours just came out in a little bowl. This is a great restaurant if you don't mind average quality service and food for an expensive price.
Great food. Loved the band playing... two piece. Will definitely come back.
Had not been to Anthonys for Years but decided to try them again because of the reviews.
Loved the new decor from their remodel. It was very inviting. The lighting where we sat was kind of dark, would have been nice to have either a hanging light or the candle lit.
The service was impeccable as they struggle, as we all are, with the masks, etc.
The prime rib we ordered was delicious, tender, cooked perfectly and a delight to eat. The small serving was the perfect size, along with the salad and side we were pleasantly full and very happy with our over all dining experience.
We will return sooner than we had before.
Great food & great place for a date night! Highly recommend!
Delicious food and excellent service at Anthony’s!
As usual we were greeted in a very friendly manner. The hostess is really the best! Unfortunately the menu choices left a lot to be desired.
We were served a big salad that was really fresh and good. But minimal other choices. No Pasta Alfredo, only Chicken Parm. High priced steaks but did include the high priced Prime Rib. Nothing barbecued. None of their other usual tasty
dishes. Disappointed in the price I paid for my family. The server however was very attentive and helpful during our whole meal. Will be quite awhile before we go back just because of the pricing and nothing outstanding about the food.
We tried Anthony's for the first time for my birthday. The steaks were wonderful and cooked perfectly. Service was good and the carrot cake for two was huge- we enjoyed half of it for breakfast the next morning. We will definitely return when we visit Omaha next time.
Wine and all food, salad, soup, bread and entrees were wonderful and generous. We always enjoy sitting in a booth and having Sam as our waiter...he is excellent!
I was here 45 years ago and remembered it was awesome back then. Well if anything it’s better now. If you can afford it, a must do in Omaha!
Took ten minutes to be seated, with no wait/crowd in front of us. Music was far too loud for the atmosphere of the restaurant. Food is overpriced for quality. When I sent a plate back to have an item removed, it appears that they took the almond crusted walleye, washed off the sauce they put on the fish, then pat dried it and sent it back to me. Fish was then soggy and not appetizing.
Went there for my 1year wedding anniversary and 4 years being together. The waitress we had named Emma went above and beyond service wise to make sure we had the best night. The food was excellent
The steak was so ordinary nothing special to crave back to this restaurant.
I'm from out of town. I've visited Anthony's a couple of times. And honestly, this is one of the BEST steaks I have ever had. FANTASTIC!
Anthony's observed all the COVID protection protocols other than checking temperatures. Carol's service was great --- friendly, knowledgable, not ever intrusive. My prime rib could have used a sharper knife. The meat was tasty. Her scallops were "very nice". Overall, a pleasant and enjoyable meal.
Service was excellent. Food was WAY overpriced for the quality. For $35 for a ribeye, I expected a good, thick, quality steak. What we got was equivalent to something like a Ryan's. It was worth about $12. And overcooked, though i did order medium well. It was well done. I did not try to send it back, they would have probably corrected it. Overall, I would not recommend.
The food was great. Atmosphere was pretty serene. My biggest concern was I purposely asked to sit away from people as possible. I was taken to this back booth which was fine but then they directly started seating people around us which was not six ft apart. Luckily we were just about to leave so not a huge deal just left a little faster but be mindful of spacing.
We were celebrating and we thought we had a table in the dining room...not the bar!!
Our filets were superb. Veggies were bland. Always a great meal. My only improvement suggestion is the sides!
Excellent as usual! The remodel they did look vernice!
Anthony's is great! Went there for our Anniversary and the food and service were wonderful. Definitely recommend it.
A very comfortable and welcoming place to enjoy an excellent meal and geat service.
Grabbing a steak during COVID times can be tough, but Anthony’s makes it all about the customer. The prime rib was cooked perfectly, while the sides were both the right temp and quality. The service was fantastic.
This was our first visit to Omaha, and we were told by locals to get the best Omaha steak here at Anthony’s. We weren’t disappointed.
The food and service were both good. No longer receive the side of pasta which was always a nice accompaniment to the meal.
First of all, I ordered a Vodka martini and the waiter (lady) asked me if i wanted it on the rocks or straight up, now i have been around awhile and have never heard of a Martini on the rocks also it was terrible. Next we ordered garlic cheese toast as an appetizer, $7 and here comes four slices of what appeared to be Wonder sandwich bread with something slathered on them. Next comes the bread with the meal, all steaks and prime rib dinners, it is in a nice, cloth covered basket and to my amaze here are four more slices of Wonder bread or some kind of sandwich bread, also it was not even warmed up, it was just like they had a loaf of bread on the counter and put some in the basket. I can't believe they serve this on a regular basis, i get my $40 prime rib, which was excellent, and a baked potato. With it, no butter, no sour cream, no salt and pepper etc. When i asked for butter and sour cream the attendant seemed set back like she thought maybe I would like just a plain baked potato with nothing on it. I'm amazed i would actually have to ask for these things. The whole experience seem so confusing to me why anyone would spend a tab of $230 for four people and received something this pathetic. Also, if this is Anthony's normal behavior i find it hard to believe they could have possibly been in business all these years.
I’m visiting from California and I asked where to go for a good local steakhouse feel. Boy was o not let down!! Food was great. Service was awesome. I always say if my water isn’t full I’m not happy. They kept it full check in on us just the right amount of time. The gal at the front was so welcoming. We had a great experience!!
The food was spectacular. I had a dry age steak and scallops which were both amazing
This is a restaurant that was probably good in the 60s and 70s and are hobbling along on the reputation.
I would not return.
Excellent food, my steak was cooked to perfection and it exceeded my expectations. Anthony's was clean, comfortable and the service was outstanding
Had to send ribeye back because I literally had to saw into it. That's how tough it was.
Always the best food! We had a porterhouse and a pork chop. Both were cooked perfectly. The love music in Ozone is fun and a great chance for dancing or people watching.
We always enjoy Anthony’s and have never been disappointed. Sammy was a great waiter. Our soup, salad and entrees were perfect and best baked potatoes in town.
Appreciated the beautiful rose to take home, too!
Always a great time. Fantastic food and great service
Food took a little while but was good. Atmosphere was real nice. Needed a more lively band after dinner for dancing.
