Mckala was our server. She was outstanding. We had a great table view if Christmas boats was beautiful.
Great service, attentive server and brunch selection was amazing! We were set in a perfect spot to view the sound and also for privacy. We had a 11 month old that was squirmy so it was nice to be away from other diners.
We had a reservation and were ushered in very quickly, upon our arrival. Staff were very helpful and provided explanations when we had questions. My wife and I enjoyed a four course meal that was reasonably priced. Looking out at the boats with their holiday lights was very enjoyable and added to the night out. We will be back.
We like to arrive early to avoid the noisy crowds later, like after 6pm. Hate shouting in order to be heard! Husband had the garlic roasted crab & loved it! I had the early bird “ Sunset Dinner” cod with shrimp cocktail & salad, baked potato & Bailey’s Irish Cream Chocolate mousse. Very tasty as always. Service was good and not overly friendly or intrusive. We visit maybe 10 times a year and haven’t had a bad meal ever. PS: prices have gone up a buck or so since this visit and there is a new more limited menu for winter.
My husband took my brother out for my birthday. I would rate the whole experience “outstanding” from the food, our server, location and the view. We had a window seat and the boats and dock were lit up for Christmas. It was all wonderful.
Table service was very attentive and honest without being "interruptive" or seemingly "tip hunting". Much appreciated as it shows the establishment cares about the customers dining experience. This can make it or break it regardless of the food quality. Unfortunately with many water side venues, the view is now filtered through marinas, would be nice to have such scenery uninhibited. 4 stars from me..
Made reservations at Edmonds on line Nov. 29th, requested a booth with a view. Got our confirmation #19804. Arrived 5:45, were told the booth was taken and were seated at a table, hard chairs, which resulted with my husband having to go to the Chiorpractor. Wrote to feedback, was told, there was no guarantee that I would get a booth. WHY MAKE RESERVATIONS? Never ever had this happen at any restaurant. Food was excellent! Waiter was very good, Hostess needs training.
Should have gone to Dick's! Was a bit disappointing. We ordered a HH order of fried oysters, bucket of clams, seafood fettucine and fish and chips. There were mostly empty shells and little seafood in the seafood fettucine, a huge rock in the clams (we joked about being served stone soup), the oysters were tasteless and my son's fish and chips were ok. We didn't complain because we were too tired, our server was very nice and the background music was hokey enough to make us laugh all evening. Over all the night was kind of comical. Felt I needed to provide some kind of feedback - just too much money to spend on a lackluster dinner. We won't be back to this location again.
We've been celebrating husbands' joint birthdays for several years, always at Anthony's. It never disappoints!
Waitress was great...food was ok but was expensive. Prefer another seafood restaurant. I'm sure the view would be spectatular but it was dark and couldn't see anything. We were a group of 5 and one person got stuck in the aisle and was continuously bumped during the meal. We had to request more water...
We had a lovely meal and were able to enjoy conversation with friends. The surf and turf specials were reasonably priced and oh so tasty!
Reasonable prices. Great ocean front view. Good food.
Good food. Very good service. Nice ambiance and view.
Anthony’s is one of our all-time favorite dinner spots - wonderful location with a friendly, attentive, aim-to-please staff and perpetually delicious food presented creatively and with table appeal clearly a priority. Seasonal specialties are especially scrumptious, most recently concocted with wild huckleberries! Fun destination on a summer evening and stormy winter night alike!
As always, our visit to Anthony's in Edmond's was superior in every way. The hostesses were friendly, Barb, the manager is so nice to talk to, our server this time was Ashley, who did an excellent job of caring for us. She answered every question and if she didn't know she went and found out. The petite shrimp cocktail is sooo fantastic, I just love it. I always get the shrimp or lobster and am never disappointed. Whatever the veggies are for the night are always a pleasant and delicious surprise, the squash cubes were cooked perfectly!! And finishing off the meal with burnt cream, what more could a woman ask for? The whole dining experience is always a lovely evening for us. 2 weeks ago we celebrated our 50th wedding anniversary there with our family and had a most enjoyable evening.
Thank you Anthony's for being such a special place for us. We live here about 6 months every year and try to visit every 2-3 weeks (to make up for when we are in Michigan).
Thank you Barb and staff, you are the BEST!!!!!
Our waiter and bus boy were very attentive. A special thank you to Barbara who found a birthday candle for me for dessert to surprise our guest for her birthday
From the time we entered until we left, we were surrounded by incredible staff, food that was well prepared, imaginative and flavorful. The bar staff was friendly and engaging. When our bill was presented, we noticed our bar tab was not included. When I mentioned this, I was thanked for being so honest, followed by an apology. When the bar tab could not be located, we were comped the 2 beers and 1 wine, even though I stated what we had and what the cost was. I have already recommend Anthony's Home Port to 3 people. Thank you for a wonderful evening.
Service was great, scallops were completely over cooked and portion seemed small for what was paid. Ambiance was nice though.
Our son’s first outing after a kidney transplant one month ago.
Absolutely Perfect! Came with my wife to celebrate our anniversary and we could not have chosen a better place to celebrate! We had the Sunset Dinner and the selection was very good. Our meals were perfectly prepared and served. The service starting from when we made our online reservations until we departed was optimal! Our Server Michaela was very attentive while being observant not be overly attentive, and our conversations with her were pleasant!
Boy I cant wait until next year! Just kidding I don't need a reason to go back and enjoy a sunset and the Happy Hour. Thank You!
Dinner was excellent, as was the service. I would have given it five stars except there were many, many teenagers celebrating in the restaurant that night. They were extremely loud and management couldn't seem to do much about it. We couldn't even hear each other at our table. We asked to be moved to another table and Anthony's was very accommodating. After we moved to another part of the restaurant we were able to enjoy our wonderful dinner.
The food was wonderful. Foggy that night. Our waiter had a great sense of humor and took care of us well.
Lovely dinner & amazing waitress.
A perfect evening on Puget Sound. Great calamari, oysters, cod. Jayne, our waitperson, was cheerful and attentive.
Best Dungeness crab cakes (no fillers whatsoever) in the PNW (though this time the mornay sauce was a tad overstated (next time I'll opt for the hollandaise)). Beautiful Edmonds view of the seaside, ferries, yachts and dingies. Incomparable service. A true gem.
It was homecoming and we loved that we were able to easily get a reservation and get right in. They made it feel special for us.
I usually have salmon here, but trying to be sensitive to the dwindling food supply for the Orcas, I had Scampi and it was delicious. Basmati rice was very flavorful and green beans cooked to perfection. And you can’t go wrong with that Essential Bakery sour dough bread!
Great food, service, view! Vanna and Barb make dining at Anthony’s Edmonds better.
One of our go to favorite restaurants. Food, service and views are all outstanding!
Anthony's Edmonds is always good, fair prices esp. the sunset dinners. The scenery is usually good most of the year even if it's raining. The staff are always professional and pleasant.
I've eaten here many times and never been dissatisfied.
We had a very good evening with friends. Loved the trout.
Visited for our 21st wedding anniversary. Reservation was for 7:15pm, arrived at 7 so we took a seat at the bar. The bartender had just cashed out a party. We sat down and were ignored by him and two other people who were behind the bar for 5 minutes, then everyone left the area. A few minutes later my wife stopped a server as she was passing by to ask if she was a bartender. She replied, "kind of," but was nice enough to take time to help by reading drink recipes, searching for ingredients and serving us. The drinks were meh but it wasn't her fault -- at least she tried! Once we were seated for dinner our waiter was very attentive and his service was good, but told us the kitchen was out of fried oysters, the first thing we tried to order. My wife had a pasta dish and said it was good and I had the seafood salad which was the same. The view was the best part of the evening. Overall a bit underwhelmed by Anthony's.
We were celebrating our anniversary. The service was good and the view was great.......window seat as the sun set.
Food, service, and setting overlooking the Edmonds Marina are all outstanding. The staff made us feel welcome and special.
We enjoyed a delicious array of seafood at happy hour while enjoying the view of Puget Sound and the ferries coming in and out of Edmonds. Our server, Karen, was outstanding. Very enjoyable time.
My wife and I each had Anthony's early four-course Sunset Dinner on 19 Sept. Priced at $24.95, the Sunset Dinners are an excellent choice here. And there was no skimping on the courses. My wife had Oregon Bay Shrimp Cocktail, Blue Cheese Salad with Shrimp, Northwest Duet with Silver Salmon and Shrimp, and Burnt Cream dessert. I had Wild Alaska Croccatini, Classic Caesar Salad, Pan-Fried Oysters, and Burnt Cream dessert. There was no skimping on the courses and each was professionally prepared. Had cocktails and a few glasses of wine. Kristina C, our server, did an excellent job!
Visiting from the Midwest. Beautiful view of the sound. Food was very good wait staff very attentive and friendly.
We thoroughly enjoyed the delicious food. The view of the marina and Puget Sound was breath taking. Our waitress was terrific and even took photos of us when we asked her. The
I went close to closing and it was overall a good experience. Great view and ambiance. The waiter was very friendly and courteous. With it being close to the end of the night, things started to lack as it got closer to close. They still maintained a good attitude and the food tasted good.
