Welcome to Anthony's Hearthfire Grill in Olympia! Built on pilings extending over Budd Inlet, our restaurant hosts a stunning, unobstructed view of the South Puget Sound. Husband ordered filet and lobster. Extremely tiny portions. I wanted to order halibut but didn’t want asparagus. Was told there was no substitution. Short time later waitress said they’d run out of asparagus and would be replacing with snap peas. (?!) I wouldn’t have ordered the hamburger if I could have the snap peas. Plus, asked for grilled onions and did not receive. Food was ok but nothing worth the price. Will be awhile before we return.

We arrived 30 min prior to our reservation by boat. The dock was empty and easy to tie up and access the ramp. We had a drink in the bar and waited for our table which only took about 15 min. Drinks were delicious. I had the shrimp Caesar which was delicious. Bay shrimp still had some texture not mushy like some places. Lettuce was crisp and fresh. The copper river salmon was slightly overdone but still very good. Ambiance on the water is a 10/10. We are locals but it is a great spot to bring guests and experience the magic of the PNW

All good. Service was exceptional. Quality of food was top notch. Special mention to the pork chop which was of the highest quality meat and perfectly prepared. Only “complaint” was why happy hour didn’t extend to patio dining.

Our server was amazing – he was stationed for all the outdoor tables and yet brought food and drinks promptly and with graciousness. Can’t say the same for the hostess. She was very slow, seem to not understand how to see people and refused to get us an umbrella in the hot sun until we insisted on seeing the manager. Once we got to our table, everything was great – the food is delicious, the earlybird dinner, a great value, and everything was tasty and delectable. And again our server – You know him the guy with all the tattoos! was incredible. He really made our night.

Great experience, great food. I will say it’s like having a home cooked meal, just for a pretty penny. No complaints at all, lovely service!

This place is one of the best restaurant. Very clean, perfect interior color, nice furniture, no strange odors, beautiful views to water.

Our server was wonderful. She was very personable and professional. The Lingcod entre that I ordered was excellent. My husband order the 3 piece fish and chips and we noticed that the size of the pieces of fish was about half the size of previously ordered fish and chips. Very disappointing. I love Hearthfire Grill and was really surprised at his order. We've always been very satisfied.
