In March I hosted a dinner at Anthony's Richland, WA location. I travel regularly throughout the NW and Anthony's restaurants is a "go to" for my business dinners. To my disappointment that March dinner wasn't quite what I have come to expect from Anthony's. I took a moment to write down an honest review our meal. To my surprise management saw my comments, contacted me and asked for the opportunity to correct the situation.

I'm pleased to say both food & service this time was very good....Thank you to management, your efforts to take care of the customer is a grand example for any business and staff last night did an outstanding job. I appreciate your efforts and will return.

This was the first time my husband and I have been to a restraint in over a year so we wanted to go to Anthony’s. The food and service was amazing.

We go to Anthony's for a good seafood meal and we are never disappointed. We absolutely LOVE their clam chowder and would eat it at every meal if it was appropriate (hahaha) our meal was very good! Our waitress was attentive and wore a mask to make us feel comfortable. The entire staff was wearing a mask and you felt safe. The restaurant is clean and we were spaced very nicely. Overall we enjoyed our Anniversary!

Very nice Mother's Day meal. A little expensive. We arrived before our reservation and were seated immediately.

The breakfast bowl didn't meet its usual standards. Sausage had no taste and egg whites runny. Cantaloupe was green and no other fruit offered. EASTER brunch was so much better.

Love this place - especially when outdoor seating is available! We arrived in time for Sunset dinner options - and the server said we could order from that menu even after 5:30, since we were seated well before that time cutoff. Once we ordered, the sunset options we wanted were unavailable though - or maybe the rockfish wasn't even available that night and our server failed to inform us when we were seated. This was a bummer - that option was the whole reason we went at the time we went. The sunset options used to be more interesting - I swear there was a non-seafood option and scampi was also one of the options. Now they only have one meal we are interested in (the blackened rockfish), and well, you already know the story. We ended up ordering off the regular menu and it was tasty, but again, disappointing to have to pay more to get way less for the same dollars spent after going for an earlier-than-normal dinner. Next time we will make sure the server informs us of all menu changes when we are seated.

I specifically asked for patio seating on my reservation so I wasn't happy to be told when arriving that it would be a 20-minute wait for a table on the patio.

I expressed concerns about sitting indoors when the hostess asked me about this option. I think the hostess just wanted to quiet me down about my concerns and questions (all related to my fears of eating indoors as it was my first time back to Anthony's since Covid), so she sat me down at the alternate patio area that wasn't being serviced, after checking in with the server that it was OK. It was a good solution to the problem, but she didn't appear to sympathetic to my concerns about the patio seating not being initially available, me eating inside, etc.

All told, it wasn't a great start to the evening out.

Our server, however, was excellent and attentive. Kudos to him!

Slow on service and removing empty dishes from table. One meal had to be sent back and still wasn’t ok when received the second time. Was unable to eat part of it.

High-end restaurants should be able to make a classic Old Fashioned & Manhattan. 1st-Never use maraschino cherries! 2nd-Never muddle them! 3rd-Always use a extra large (use a silicone mold) ice cube in a Old Fashioned! 4th-Stock Bulleit Rye. Fairly inexpensive and makes a killer Old Fashioned! Manhattan? Quit shaking it! Stir it for ten seconds max and pour!

Beautiful view and a beautiful day. The staff were wonderful. The food and beverage service was noticeably slower. Assuming that was because of lower staffing currently. Still we absolutely recommend Anthony's.

We tried a second time to allow Anthony’s to redeem themselves. They came close. While we appreciate the free entree’s, we didn’t take advantage of them. We asked if Oysters were available and we were told no. Halfway through our meal I noticed Oysters leaving the kitchen quite often. We asked our waitress again if oysters were available and she said no so I pointed to the dozen sitting on the pass and another sitting at the next table. She said she was unaware that they were available. By this time we were done our appetizers and dinner. They offered some to us but alas we were already done. The food this time was better. I hope the managers inform the waitstaff of what is and what is not available so customers are not disappointed a second time.

Food would have been much better if it were brought to the table warm. I think it sat too long before it was brought to us?

First of all the server said she forgot to bring the blueberry coffee cake! Our grandson had to remind her twice... then when she did bring it our food order came at the same time. Our orders were very cold and the potatoes were like mush. I got the eggs Benedict and only had about a teaspoon of hollandaise sauce.. completely unacceptable. 😤 never again! We do not recommend this place.
